You'll build and manage a team of 10–12 people, design the production pipeline, propose channel strategy and KPIs, and coordinate presence across 10+ platforms simultaneously. You'll have a $50,000/month budget, direct access to the CEO and CMO, and full autonomy to hire your own team — no hiring committees, no extra approval rounds.

The skills and qualifications required for this role:

• 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Strong experience in Web APIs: REST, SOAP, GraphQL, oAuth, pagination.
• Experience in data formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, etc.
• Strong knowledge of Postman, SOAP UI,…
• Knowledge of common network protocols: HTTPS, FTP, SMTP, etc.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms or ETL is a plus.
• Coding/scripting background, preferably in PHP (or willingness to learn PHP).

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Become an expert on Qlik Automate and other Qlik Sense products with a specific focus on connectivity.
• Maintain and improve our 80+ internal and external API connectors and help us grow our connector suite for enterprise customer use cases.
• Become an expert in Qlik’s APIs for products such as Qlik Sense, Qlik AutoMl, Qlik Talend Data Integration, Qlik Answers …
• Research external platforms (e.g. CRM systems like Salesforce, AI/ML platforms,…) and API documentation to design and implement the best connectivity approach.
• Perform manual and automated testing and write documentation for our connectors.
• Collaborate with other connector team members and help drive continuous improvement in the team.

• Coordinate closely with our stakeholders in product management and related development teams about delivery timelines and risks.

About the team

The Workflow Automation development team is looking for an Integration Engineer to join our Qlik Automate product development team. This role will specifically focus on connectivity development to external applications.

Qlik Automate plays a central role in automating and orchestrating inside Qlik Sense and allows customers to integrate seamlessly with 3rd party applications. We currently have a suite of 80+ internal and external connectors and plan on growing this in the future.

• Define and maintain the Ideal Customer Profile. Research and validate contacts such as CEOs, CTOs, and Heads of Development or Product.
• Build and execute multichannel communication sequences across LinkedIn, Upwork, and email.
• Create personalized outreach messages and follow up sequences and run A/B testing.
• Qualify leads using BANT, CHAMP, or another agreed framework.
• Maintain CRM in HubSpot or Google Sheets, ensuring clean data and weekly reporting.
• Hand over call ready leads to the sales team and join short handoff discussions when needed.
   
• Requirements
• Experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales, or proven case studies.
• Understanding of B2B sales and ability to qualify and prioritize leads.
• English level B1 to B2, sufficient for written communication and short calls.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and CRM tools.
• Analytical mindset and ability to track and interpret metrics such as open rate, reply rate, meetings booked, and conversion.
• Self management and discipline in reporting.
