In this role, you will be a key member of the team that manages user identities and provides appropriate access to resources across all of product infrastructure. You will move beyond legacy on-premise operations to build our next-generation, cloud-native identity fabric.

The goal is to establish Microsoft Entra ID as the central control plane, ingesting identity information from corporate systems and applying automated roles and policies to govern access to our multi-cloud production environment (Azure & GCP). 

Automation is your primary deliverable: you will help build robust JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) workflows and manage RBAC as code to ensure systems are secure by default, providing engineers with a seamless, self-service experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design and automate identity lifecycles: Architect and build end-to-end Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) workflows using Microsoft Entra ID, Lifecycle Workflows, and custom automation to ensure zero-touch provisioning and immediate de-provisioning.
• Implement Identity as Code: Manage all Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Conditional Access policies, and PIM configurations using Terraform and version control systems.
• Engineer Modern Access Controls: Implement advanced Entra features such as Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Just-in-Time (JIT) access, and Workload Identity Federation in a robust and scalable manner.
• Develop Automation Tooling: Write production-quality code (Python, or PowerShell) to interact with the Microsoft Graph API for complex identity tasks that cannot be solved via native configuration alone.
• Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with security, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure that all automated access activities are logged, monitored, and properly audited.
• Mentorship & Trends: Evaluate new Entra ID features (Governance, Verified ID, etc.) for adoption and mentor junior engineers in IaC and automation best practices.
• Operational Support: Participate in an on-call rotation schedule to support the identity platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of development or engineering experience with a specific focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD):
• Configuring and managing Enterprise Applications and App Registrations.
• Designing and implementing Conditional Access Policies.
• Managing Entra ID Governance and PIM.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Mastery: Proven experience writing and managing complex Terraform modules to deploy RBAC assignments, custom roles, and cloud resources.

Codebridge is looking for a proactive, structured, and detail-oriented Project Manager who will drive the planning and delivery of software development projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth execution within scope and timelines for international clients in fintech, healthcare, and e-learning domains across the EU and US markets. 
 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage software development and UI/UX projects using Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban) 
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release management 
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements; create user stories and technical specifications 
• Maintain and prioritize product backlog based on business value and technical dependencies 
• Develop product roadmaps and monitor their execution 
• Establish and implement development and release management standards 
• Ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget constraints 
• Take ownership of project outcomes and propose optimal solutions 
• Proactively identify risks and drive continuous process improvement 
   

Requirements:  

• Experience of work as PM/BA no less than 2 years in IT 
• Strong expertise in Software Development Life Cycle 
• Working experience with SCRUM framework 
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset 
• Attentiveness to details 
• Excellent presentation, writing and communication skills 
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher 
• Technical background is a plus

Your Mission

As a Key Account Manager, you will own and grow strategic merchant relationships across multiple GEOs, ensuring smooth operations and driving SolveX’s expansion into new markets.

What You’ll Do

• Lead high-level negotiations with merchants on payment methods, GEO expansion, and traffic distribution
• Manage the payment method matrix and coverage across multiple markets
• Monitor payment flows, analyze data, and identify optimization opportunities, including routing optimization
• Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Legal, Finance) on integrations and issue resolution
• Maintain and update client documentation (contracts, amendments, expansions)
• Negotiate pricing conditions with merchants based on the volumes commitments including up-selling and cross-selling

• Deliver monthly performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders

   

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: 2+ years in Key Account Management within a PSP, Aggregator, or Payment Platform.
• Industry Knowledge: CIS payments background with hands-on exposure to gambling, betting, iGaming, or other high-risk industries.
• CIS Market Expertise: Proven track record in CIS payment solutions — you know the landscape, local methods, compliance specifics, and merchant expectations.
• Skills:
  • Solid knowledge of payment products (P2P, e-commerce, APMs).
  • Data-driven with Excel / BI tools / Google Analytics (a plus).
  • Advanced negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communicator, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Languages: English (B1+), Ukrainian (B2–C1), Russian (preferred).

Requirements

• 4+ years in product design 
• Proficiency in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Experience in building, maintaining, scaling, refactoring design systems: components, tokens, guidelines
• Strong skills in visual design principles: typography, color theory, layout, iconography
• Understanding of information architecture to organize content logically and intuitively
• Experience in prototyping and rapid iteration using Figma or similar tools
• Ability to design intuitive and user-friendly interactions: navigation, interactive elements, micro-interactions
• Familiarity with responsive design for various screen sizes and devices
• Ability to plan and conduct usability tests, analyze results, and iterate designs
• Knowledge of user research methodologies: user interviews, surveys, usability testing
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for collaboration with developers
