Top Netics is a venture builder. We create and launch our own tech products across the MENA region, the United States, Europe, and Africa — products that solve real-world problems and scale fast.

We also work as a technical partner to select clients — helping them design, build, and bring their digital products to market. From first prototype to full rollout, we stay hands-on and delivery-focused. We collaborate with both private companies and government organizations.

If you're looking to join a team that builds with respect, clarity, and purpose — you're in the right place.

    Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Blockchain Engineer to drive the architecture, development, and performance optimization of blockchain systems across our products. This role focuses on Solana, high-performance DEX infrastructure, and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, with an emphasis on backend systems supporting low-latency data flows and trading logic.

You will play a critical role in shaping protocol-level implementations, managing validator operations, designing performant smart contracts, and aligning blockchain architecture with overall product and system requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts on Solana and EVM-compatible chains.
    • Take ownership of the entire blockchain implementation, ensuring seamless interaction between blockchain components and backend systems.
    • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to define tokenomics, integration flows, and feature development.
    • Design and implement high-performance, low-latency infrastructure for DEX operations and trading logic.
    • Set up and maintain Solana validator nodes, including low-level modifications as needed.
    • Conduct blockchain code audits, performance analysis, and optimization.
    • Stay ahead of emerging protocols, tooling, and best practices to ensure system excellence.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in blockchain-focused roles.
    • Strong proficiency in Rust; deep knowledge of Solana’s architecture and smart contract development; experience with Solana validator setup and modification.
    • Experience with DEX protocols such as Raydium, Orca, Meteora (V2-V4); familiarity with Uniswap is a plus.
    • Knowledge of Jito, Turbine protocol, and cryptographic patterns used in DeFi.
    • High-performance backend development experience including Kafka, socket-level networking, and high-throughput databases.
    • Familiarity with RWA tokenization patterns and regulatory-aware blockchain designs.
    • Solid grounding in algorithms and optimization techniques.
    • Experience with Web3 tools, blockchain SDKs, and cross-chain architecture.
    • Hands-on experience deploying and managing smart contracts on EVM-compatible chains.
    • Comfortable with Linux environments and basic DevOps practices.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and effective team collaboration.

    What We Offer

    • Competitive market-level salaries that reflect your skills and experience.
    • A supportive and inclusive community that values collaboration and mutual growth.
    • Dedicated mentorship programs led by senior developers to support your personal and professional development.
    • Opportunities to work on cutting-edge blockchain technologies with real-world impact.
    • Flexibility and resources to help you grow your expertise and advance your career.

    Please Note:

To help us better understand your expectations, please include your salary expectations in your CV, motivation letter, or email when applying. This information is important for us during the recruitment process.

We understand no candidate will check every box — if you bring deep Solana experience and a passion for performant, scalable systems, we encourage you to apply.
