    We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Photography & Imaging Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for shaping the visual quality of AI-driven photo editing features in our next-generation editor.

    You will work closely with the  Marketing team and collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and motion designers, while periodically providing your expert input to the R&D team, product designers, and content teams, acting as an expert in photography standards, visual aesthetics, and professional editing workflows. Your expertise will guide the team in defining high-quality AI outputs, evaluating model performance, preparing visual references, and ensuring that all visual outcomes meet professional standards.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    Working within the Marketplace team

    • Selecting high-quality photo assets for further placement on the Marketplace
    • Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, with a clear focus on impactful before-and-after results
    • Ability to quickly process and review large volumes of photographs
    • Deep understanding of photographic styles, genres, and creative directions

    Working within the PPC team

    • -Searching and sourcing creative materials for marketing assets (both static and video) from stock platforms and alternative sources
    • -Experience working with stock platforms and understanding licensing and usage rights
    • -Preparing, adapting, and editing sourced materials to meet creative and performance requirements
    • -Producing original photo and video content when needed, depending on campaign or product goals
    • -Shooting content in various formats (product demos, lifestyle, UGC-style)
    • -Collaborating with the marketing team to quickly adapt content for different platforms and formats

    Professional Photo Editing Expertise

    • Provide expertise in color correction, retouching, lighting, and photo enhancement
    • Advise on best practices in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One
    • Ensure AI-generated results meet professional and aesthetic standards

    Visual quality control

    • Review AI outputs and images for technical accuracy, dynamic range, noise, contrast, tonal balance
    • Ensure aesthetic consistency across tone, style, and color
      Validate image readiness for various formats (web, print, demos, marketing)

    Training & Internal Consulting

    • Train internal teams (ML, CV, product, design) on photo evaluation principles and workflows
    • Recommend improvements to post-processing and content preparation workflows
    • Stay updated on trends, tools, and techniques in modern photography and editing

       

    Requirements

    Must-have

    • 3–5+ years of experience in professional photography, retouching, post-production
    • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One
    • Ability to identify and correct technical and aesthetic issues in images
    • Strong portfolio showcasing professional shooting and/or editing skills
      Deep understanding of composition, lighting, color spaces, and image processing fundamentals
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to provide clear, structured feedback
      Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
    • Keen eye for AI-generated content and emerging visual trends
    • Strong attention to detail in composition, color psychology, and overall visual aesthetics

    • Foundational experience in video production, including short-form content such as Reels and TikToks for advertising campaigns
