About the role:

2. Технічне інтерв’ю з керівником — Team Lead Low-code(60 хв). Фокус на навичках, щоб зрозуміти технічний рівень, знання, необхідні hard і soft скіли.

• Тестовий тиждень (оплачувальний) — передбачається та має на меті практичну оцінку необхідних технічних навичок.

Умови роботи:

• Випробувальний термін — 3 місяці.
• Графік роботи гнучкий та залежить від команди, переважно з 09:30 до 18:30.
• Можна працювати з офісу (коворкінг за адресою м. Київ, вулиця Князів Острозьких, 32/2, м. Арсенальна) або дистанційно. Немає вимог до територіального розміщення кандидата, але перевагою є м.Київ
• Відпустка 24 календарних дні + святкові вихідні дні від компанії (у військовий час визначили 4 святкових вихідні: Великдень, День захисників і захисниць, Різдво, Новий рік)
• 5 лікарняних днів в рік без довідки від лікаря. З довідкою кількість днів необмежена, але звісно ж краще, щоб всі були здорові
• Підтримуємо навчання та підвищення кваліфікації: є план індивідуального розвитку та компенсація 70% вартості зовнішнього навчання.

Про позицію

Шукаємо веб-розробника, який швидко запускає та доопрацьовує сайти і будує роботу навколо AI-інструментів. У нас великий потік проєктів: сайти робимо на чистому HTML / CSS / JS, типова задача вимірюється годинами, а не днями.

Три ключові критерії відбору — якісна верстка, реальний AI-first підхід і швидкість виконання.

Важливо: активне використання AI (Claude Code, Cursor тощо) — це не побажання, а обов'язкова умова роботи. AI має бути вашим основним робочим інструментом: спершу питаєте документацію та AI, потім — колег. Час розробки «тижнями» для нас давно минув.

Що потрібно буде робити

• Верстка адаптивних сторінок (HTML5 / CSS3 / JavaScript) із чистим семантичним кодом — це основна частина роботи.
• Запуск нових сайтів і доопрацювання існуючих: правки, нові блоки й сторінки, кастомний код.
• Технічна SEO-оптимізація: швидкість завантаження, Core Web Vitals, мікророзмітка Schema.org, коректні метатеги, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, canonical.
• Підключення форм і кнопок до партнерських систем: передача лідів, робота з токенами, постбеки. Зі складними інтеграціями допоможуть старші розробники.
• Робота безпосередньо на серверах: SSH, VS Code + Remote SSH, хостинг-панелі.
• Оперативне виконання задач у потоці: горизонт типової задачі — «сьогодні», а не «на цьому тижні».

Вимоги

Верстка і код

• Впевнена адаптивна верстка: HTML5, CSS3, кросбраузерність, піксельна акуратність.
• JavaScript на рівні впевненого використання: обробка форм, робота з DOM, fetch / API-запити.
• Уміння швидко зорієнтуватися в чужому коді без тривалого занурення.
• Розуміння принципів SEO та того, як код впливає на ранжування сайтів.
• Git, впевнена робота з Linux-сервером по SSH, базове адміністрування.

Робота з AI (обов'язково)

• Щоденна робота через AI-агенти: Claude Code, Cursor або аналоги — як основний інструмент розробки, а не автокомпліт.
• Уміння самостійно розібратися в новій задачі через документацію + AI до того, як звертатися до команди.
• Готовність продемонструвати свій AI-workflow на співбесіді на реальній задачі.

Швидкість і самостійність

• Швидкий онбординг: самостійно розбираєтеся з доступами, сервером і кодовою базою за 1–2 дні.
• Постійна доступність у робочий час і швидка реакція на повідомлення.

Портфоліо: надішліть посилання на 3–5 сайтів із коротким описом, що саме зробили ви. Нам важливо побачити рівень верстки.

Буде перевагою

• Досвід з PHP та WordPress — частина наших старих проєктів на підтримці.
• Досвід інтеграції сторонніх API за документацією (REST, cURL, вебхуки, постбеки).
• Досвід оптимізації PageSpeed і роботи з розміткою Schema.org.
• Розуміння принципів роботи пошукових систем і процесів індексації.
• Fullstack-досвід: JavaScript-фреймворки, Node.js.

Етапи відбору

1. Відгук із портфоліо.
2. Коротке практичне тестове завдання (до 1 години): зверстати невеликий блок / сторінку за макетом. Дивимось на швидкість, якість коду і те, як саме ви використовуєте AI.
3. Співбесіда з демонстрацією вашого робочого процесу.

Шукаємо React Native Developer з комерційним досвідом мобільної розробки під iOS та Android. Обов'язковий практичний досвід саме з React Native. Досвід лише з React.js / Vue.js / web development без React Native не підходить.

Expo / EAS буде великою перевагою. Проєкт уже має сформований стек та архітектуру — важливо швидко розібратися в існуючому коді та почати давати результат.
