The successful candidate will provide architectural leadership and technical direction, ensuring data integrity, governance, performance, and long-term platform sustainability. • Responsibilities:

  - Define and execute the end-to-end migration roadmap from Palantir Foundry to Databricks, including target architecture, data models, security, and governance frameworks.
  - Analyze existing Foundry pipelines, datasets, and ontologies, and redesign them into scalable Databricks (Delta Lake) ETL/ELT workflows using PySpark and SQL.
  - Implement validation frameworks to ensure complete data accuracy, consistency, and lineage throughout the migration process.
  - Optimize Spark workloads, cluster configurations, and storage strategies to ensure high performance and cost-efficient operations in Databricks.

• Mandatory Skills Description:

  • Advanced Databricks Experience. Deep knowledge of Databricks architecture, Delta Lake, job orchestration, cluster management, and performance tuning.
  • Proven Migration Experience (Palantir → Databricks). Demonstrated experience leading or executing platform migrations, including pipeline conversion, data model redesign, and production cutover.
  • Expert-Level PySpark & Python Skills. Strong ability to design, optimize, and refactor distributed data processing workflows.
  • Advanced SQL & Data Modelling Expertise. Experience in dimensional modeling, lakehouse architecture patterns, and query optimization.

I am looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to help us grow Halo Lab’s presence in the HealthTech ecosystem. Your focus will be on account-based outreach and relationship building - not volume-based sales. The second focus would be the pharma/life sciences vertical.

You’ll identify and engage with strategic HealthTech accounts - e.g. Boston Children’s Hospital or Charite, explore partnership opportunities (e.g., accelerators, VCs, platforms), and work closely with me to move targeted opportunities forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and prioritize high-fit HealthTech scaleups and innovation teams in the US, UK, and EU, especially events participants or other high-signal environments.
• Plan and execute account-based outreach to founders, product leaders, and marketing heads — focused, relevant, and value-driven (white papers, webinars, etc.)
• Initiate and nurture relationships with HealthTech accelerators, innovation hubs, VCs, and ecosystem partners.
• Support warm intros, partner-generated leads, and opportunities from healthtech events like HLTH, HIMSS, and DMEA.
• Collaborate with the internal team on proposal prep, intro decks, and tailored case study materials.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of or deep interest in HealthTech.
• Experience with account-based approaches - not reliant on templates.
• Confident communicator in English (C1+), capable of engaging senior product or innovation stakeholders.
• Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Notion, and ideally Ampelmarket.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to move from research to action without needing hand-holding.
