We are looking for a person who will be responsible for the full operational cycle of working with UGC creators: from sourcing and negotiations to contracts, quality control of materials, file uploads, and reporting.

We need someone who will find suitable people to create content for our products, negotiate with them, launch content production, and make sure everything is done according to the brief, on time, and at the required quality level.

What the person will do

1. Sourcing UGC creators, models, and actors

Search for suitable people for content shoots through different channels: social media, direct search, Fiverr, TikTok creator platforms / UGC platforms.

2. Communication and negotiations

Communicate with creators in English: negotiate pricing, deadlines, content format, number of videos, revisions, usage rights, and terms of use for the materials.

The person should be able to negotiate and bargain, as well as resolve minor conflict situations: delays, low-quality content, misunderstanding of the brief, additional terms and contract formats, lack of response, etc.

3. Briefs and task setting

Prepare and send clear briefs to creators.

Make sure the creator correctly understands the task: what needs to be filmed, in what format, which shots are mandatory, and which mistakes must be avoided.

Adapt the brief to the creator or format when needed. Work with different UGC formats: videos, podcast-style creatives, talking head, lifestyle B-rolls, etc.

4. Contracts, rights, and documents

Coordinate the contract process with creators.

Collect the required information and pass the data to the legal team or responsible person. Track which type of contract is needed for each specific creator.

5. Content quality control

Review all received content: videos, photos, individual shots, and source files. Check whether the materials match the brief.

6. Files, spreadsheets, and reporting

Maintain spreadsheets for creators, orders, statuses, contracts, payments, deadlines, and materials. Update statuses for each creator and each content item. This is one of the most important parts of the role. We need someone who does not miss details and does not forget to update trackers.

7. Working with platforms

It is desirable that the person knows how to work with, or is ready to learn, the following tools:

Fiverr, TikTok creator / UGC platforms, Lemlist, Zoho Invoice or similar services, Google Sheets, Google Drive, task trackers.

For Lemlist: it is desirable to understand how to upload leads, fill in email sequences, check emails, launch campaigns, and track replies.

For TikTok / UGC platforms: the person will need to work with platforms where a brand publishes a brief and creators submit ready-made creatives or applications. The person will need to organize these processes, create clear briefs, review incoming materials, and select suitable creators.

8. AI / neural networks

Experience with AI is not required, but will be a plus. It is important that the person is ready to work with AI tools if needed. We need someone who is not afraid of new tools and is ready to carefully test different approaches.

Mandatory requirements

English: confident written and spoken level.

Experience working with UGC creators, models, actors, freelancers, creator platforms, talent sourcing, or similar tasks.

Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Ability to manage many parallel tasks.

Ability to negotiate and communicate with a large number of people.

Understanding of what high-quality UGC content is: natural delivery, good lighting, sound, framing, clear message, and alignment with the brief.

Responsible attitude toward contracts, payments, content rights, and reporting.

• Experience working with Fiverr.

• Experience with Lemlist.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to help build and scale Lilypad’s core platform. This is primarily a full-stack product engineering role for someone who can ship polished user-facing features, design reliable backend systems, and model complex workflows in a thoughtful, scalable way.

You’ll work across the stack on the core product used by educators, service providers, case managers, and district administrators. Much of the role is classic SaaS product engineering: building CRUD features, designing APIs, improving performance and reliability, and delivering intuitive workflows. Experience with applied AI is highly preferred, especially if you’ve helped ship practical AI-powered product features, but strong full-stack engineers without deep AI specialization are encouraged to apply.

• Design, build, and maintain customer-facing product features across the frontend, backend, and database layers.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production applications.
• Strong experience building full-stack web products, including frontend, backend, APIs, and relational data models.
• Experience building and maintaining customer-facing product features in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript
• Experience with modern frontend development, ideally with React, TanStack, and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and building backend services with Node.js or similar application frameworks.
• Strong understanding of databases, application architecture, API design, and software design fundamentals.
• Experience writing clean, testable, maintainable code and operating production systems responsibly.
• Hands-on experience shipping applied AI or LLM-powered features, or strong experience building production software with a clear path into applied AI work.
• Strong product intuition and ability to make thoughtful tradeoffs between speed, complexity, scalability, and user experience.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.

   

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered product features in production.
• Familiarity with LLM application patterns such as retrieval, structured outputs, semantic search, and evaluation.
• Experience with document intelligence, OCR, extraction systems, or knowledge ingestion pipelines.
• Experience with vector search, hybrid retrieval, reranking, or search relevance optimization.
• Experience with workflow automation, event-driven systems, or background job orchestration.
• Experience building software in compliance-conscious or high-trust environments such as education, healthcare, or fintech.

Our client is looking for an AI Data Engineer to help build, maintain, and improve internal and client-facing LLM-powered systems. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, retrieval infrastructure, and production AI operations, with a strong focus on reliability, retrieval quality, scalability, and operational excellence.

The Full-stack Web Developer at VyOS Networks is the end-to-end owner of the company's primary web presence at vyos.io. The role is about taking full responsibility for a production Next.js / Vercel / DatoCMS platform: keeping it fast and reliable, shipping new sections and interactive features, evolving the deployment pipeline, and operating inside an AI-native engineering workflow where coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent) are a primary tool for day-to-day development. This is a senior, hands-on role. You will be the person the rest of the company turns to when something needs to ship, get faster, or get rebuilt.

 

Responsibilities
 

• Own, maintain, and evolve vyos.io on Next.js, Vercel, and DatoCMS — from bug fixes and content model changes to net-new sections, interactive components, and performance refactors.
• Design and operate the three-tier deployment pipeline (development → staging → production) — including GitHub Actions workflows, branch protection and merge strategies, promotion gates, and fast-rollback automation using Vercel promote and DatoCMS environment restore.
• Own the testing stack end-to-end: Vitest for unit tests, Playwright for end-to-end coverage, visual regression testing, and flaky-test detection across scheduled runs.
• Model and optimize content in DatoCMS — schema design, GraphQL queries, environment lifecycle (fork / promote / backup), real-time preview and stega overlays, and content workflows that scale across marketing and product pages.
• Operate the marketing and analytics instrumentation layer — server-side GTM (sGTM) pipelines into GA4, LinkedIn CAPI and Reddit CAPI, HubSpot Forms consolidation and security, Cookiebot consent with auto-blocking, and Vercel edge headers for geo-aware rendering.
• Drive continuous web performance improvement — Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP), image pipelines, preconnects, font loading, bundle analysis, and a CSS-first approach to responsive layout that minimizes client-side JavaScript.
• Own SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) — JSON-LD / schema.org structured data, sitemap automation, llms.txt, and explicit AI crawler policy (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot) in robots.txt.
• Work inside an AI-native development workflow — author and maintain CLAUDE.md, write specifications and implementation plans that coding agents can execute end-to-end, and use Claude Code (or an equivalent agent) as a first-class collaborator on production work.
• Harden the platform — Content Security Policy, secure postMessage with origin validation, environment-variable hygiene, and type-safe data flow from DatoCMS through the Next.js app in TypeScript.
• Keep CLAUDE.md and the Confluence WD space (Deployment Pipeline, Merge Workflow Guide, DatoCMS Environments, Architecture Overview) synchronized as the system evolves.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, marketing, and product teams to turn business goals into shippable, measurable digital experiences.
• Stay current with web technologies, frameworks, and agentic development practices, and continuously raise the quality bar for architecture, tooling, and developer experience.

• Demonstrated production experience with DatoCMS or a comparable headless CMS where you have designed schemas, modeled content, and driven environment promotion.
• Experience using coding agents productively in a real production codebase — not just experimenting on side projects.
