Weโre growing fast - and now looking for a Game / Promo Manager to help us manage game operations and drive engaging promo experiences across our platform!
๐ What we expect from you
- 2+ years of experience in iGaming (Game Operations / Promo / Casino Operations)
- Proven experience working with Tier-1 GEOs (must-have)
- Strong understanding of casino game lifecycle (adding, testing, activation, updates)
- Experience working with game providers, aggregators, or integrations
- Hands-on experience with casino lobby management (categories, providers, collections)
- Experience with promotions: tournaments, bonuses, or campaigns setup
- Understanding of game availability across GEOs, player segments, and locales
- Attention to detail and strong operational mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with large volumes of data
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- English - Intermediate+ (for internal and provider communication)
- Experience in iGaming B2C is a must
๐ฏ Your future responsibilities
- Manage the full game lifecycle: adding, testing, activation, updates, and archiving
- Communicate with game providers and aggregators, support new integrations
- Maintain and optimize Casino Lobby (categories, collections, providers)
- Monitor game availability across GEOs, locales, and player segments
- Review game rounds, investigate issues, and escalate to providers
- Set up and manage promotions: tournaments, campaigns, and quests
- Maintain promo calendar (daily / weekly activities)
- Configure bonus mechanics (deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, no-deposit bonuses)
- Manage VIP and Loyalty program configurations
- Maintain and update bonus library
- Monitor product stability and escalate issues to technical teams
- Handle VIP & Support requests: investigation and resolution
