About Us

We are a fast-growing B2B payments gateway serving the iGaming and fintech sector. We sit between merchants and payment service providers, routing transactions, managing commercial relationships, and handling settlement across multiple clients, products, markets, and currencies. 

We are a fast-growing business and the finance function is still taking shape. Our founder has built the foundations alongside a small number of freelancers, and some processes are already in place. You will take ownership of what exists, improve it, and build on top of it as the business scales.

The role

This is a hands-on finance and settlements role reporting directly to the founder.  You will take the finance function off his plate completely — reconciliation, settlement reporting, commercial monitoring, and weekly P&L — and own it without a team under you.

Some processes are already in place. You are not starting with a blank page, but you will be expected to take ownership of what exists, identify what needs improving, and develop the function over time as volume grows. That is the challenge and the opportunity.

What you will do

• Reconcile transaction data across multiple merchants and PSPs — matching what PSP reports say happened against what our data shows and what our commercial terms say should be charged
• Manage a complex, dynamic pricing structure — rates vary by merchant, payment method, product type, market, and currency, and change as the business evolves
• Produce accurate USD revenue figures — P&L by merchant, approval rates, decline analysis, FX exposure
• Track FX exposure — catching where currency conversion is creating margin loss before it compounds
• Identify pricing gaps — transactions where no commercial schedule exists and revenue is being left on the table
• Prepare settlement reports daily
• Flag commercial risks and opportunities proactively, without being asked

The data environment

We operate in Excel and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. No off-the-shelf accounting or ERP solution handles our combination of multi-merchant dynamic pricing, multi-PSP reconciliation, and complex commercial terms. You need to be genuinely advanced in Excel — building structured models that other people can use and maintain, not just working in spreadsheets.

EXCEL

Advanced Excel is essential. SQL or BI tool experience (e.g. Metabase) is a plus as we plan to develop the data infrastructure over time, but is not required now.

What we are looking for

Essential

• Hands-on experience in payments reconciliation — multi-merchant, multi-PSP environments with complex or dynamic pricing
• Fluency with variable commercial structures — rates that change by client, product, market, and currency
• Advanced Excel — you build reconciliation models and reporting tools from scratch
• A track record of doing the work yourself — there is no team to delegate to for now
• Reliable and responsive during Central European working hours

Strongly preferred

• Experience inside a payments gateway, PSP, or acquirer — not as a merchant using one
• Familiarity with settlement cycles, rolling reserves, and PSP reconciliation processes
• iGaming or high-volume consumer payments experience
• ACCA, CPA, or equivalent — or strong practical experience in lieu

Not required

• ERP or accounting system experience — we do not use one
• Experience managing a finance team

About the role 

We're building a mobile-first financial product from the ground up — a consumer fintech app where people deposit funds, get a Visa/Mastercard card, send money to each other and trade all in one  place. It's an early-stage product with serious ambition and we want a senior Flutter engineer who  has shipped complex high-stakes mobile apps and wants real ownership of how this one gets built. 

This is hands-on engineering not a management seat. You'll own core flows end to end, make  architecture calls and set the quality bar on a product where a bug can cost a user real money. 

What you'll do 

• Build and ship features across iOS and Android from a single Flutter codebase. 

• Own critical flows: onboarding and KYC, wallet and deposits, card management, P2P  transfers and the trading screens. 

• Implement strong app-side security — secure storage, biometric login, certificate pinning  and obfuscation.

What we're looking for 

• 5+ years in mobile development, with strong, recent Flutter experience. 

• At least one complex production app you can show us — ideally fintech, payments, betting  or trading, but other real-money or high-traffic domains count too (betting, large-scale e commerce, etc.). 

• A solid grasp of mobile security and handling sensitive user data. 

• Real experience with state management, clean architecture and automated testing. • Comfortable owning features end to end in a small, fast-moving team.

About the Role

We're building out the DTC side of our supplements brand on Shopify and need someone who owns the full conversion and revenue growth function — not just traffic. You'll be responsible for turning visitors into buyers, increasing average order value, and growing subscription revenue, while staying technically sharp enough to manage apps, brief developers, and keep the site running cleanly.

This is not an SEO role. It's a hands-on growth role for someone who thinks in funnels, tests hypotheses, and measures everything.

What You'll Own:

- Shopify site management — day-to-day ownership of the store: content updates, app configuration, QA, and keeping all moving parts aligned across promos, inventory, and paid traffic.

- Shopify apps & technical tasks — selecting, configuring, and managing apps for subscriptions, upsells, bundles, reviews, popups, shipping logic, and post-purchase flows. You don't need to code, but you need to understand how the technical side works and be able to brief developers and contractors clearly.

- Conversion rate optimization — owning CVR growth across PDP pages, landing pages, homepage, collections, cart drawer, checkout flow, CTAs, trust elements, mobile UX, offers, and site speed.

- AOV growth — testing and scaling bundles, starter kits, volume discounts, free shipping thresholds, cart upsells, post-purchase upsells, and gift-with-purchase mechanics.

- Subscription (SNS) — improving subscription take rate through toggle placement, offer mechanics, discount structure, value messaging, and subscription UX.
