About The Role
This role will update the database and ensure that databases are functionally monitored and backed up.
This person will work for the US Market and will be part of the Wildix Global Marketing Team, made of 45+ professionals spread all around the world, and will collaborate with Web & Digital, Comms & Copy, Products & Tech Marketing departments.
What You Will Do…
- Manage the database by ensuring the availability and reliability of Accounts & Contacts information
- Profiling and finding new Accounts & Contacts based on B2B Target Criteria
- Add new companies from the US market to the CRM on a quarterly basis.

We’re now looking for a Middle Product Designer to join our Activation Squad, where your mission will be to design experiences that guide new users through onboarding and deliver their very first “aha!” moment.About You:
- 2+ years of product design experience in digital products.
- Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, animation, and usability evaluation (qualitative & quantitative).
- Solid background in UI design and a strong foundation in graphic design.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- You consciously design for impact on product and business metrics.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in Ukrainian product companies.
- A portfolio with strong activation, onboarding, or payment flow design cases.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and analytics tools.
- Ability to moderate workshops or design sprints.
Your Areas of Impact:
- Lead the design process end-to-end: from discovery and hypothesis generation to prototyping, testing, delivery, and iteration.
- Design onboarding flows that activate users and deliver the first product value quickly and delightfully.
- Craft intuitive payment screens (around 15% of your focus).
- Collaborate deeply with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, and writers to deliver the best solutions.
- Validate hypotheses directly in the product—your ideas won’t sit in the drawer.
- Experiment and analyze using product analytics and feedback loops to continuously improve design decisions.

The internal portal connects all clinics with each other and the headquarters. External IT provides instant access to essential information of the clients and electronic transfer of medical records to the participating Attorney.
The core of the company, excluding employees, is the intranet portal. The Portal includes schedules, appointment information, patients' info, attorney portal, and much more.
