The most experienced ones can be delegated with a problem, which they will decompose into projects that will be delivered in full. Ideally, my Business Assistant should feel confident at all 3 levels. For example: finding the best PR agency, implementing scripts in the sales team, or dealing with a sudden drop of NPS at the export market.
