    We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team. This is a hands-on role focused on designing, building, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will collaborate closely with development, product, and security teams to deliver robust, secure, and high-performing systems that support our SaaS and on-premise solutions.

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • Take full ownership of DevOps initiatives, driving them from concept to execution across teams.
    • Hands-on engineering and testing of the product in various capacities, focusing on AI Agent features.
    • Hands-on engineering and testing of the internal agent’s framework (similar to LangChain / Haystack and others).
    • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
    • Collaborate with developers to optimize build and deployment processes.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging DevOps technologies and best practices to continuously improve our systems.

     

    Requirements

     

    • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps engineer in cloud-native environments.
    • 5+ years of experience in Python (we can consider less experienced engineers, who learn very quickly and are ready to work in the startup environment)
    • Experience with CI/CD tools.
    • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools.
    • Experience with Generative AI
    • Experience with Generative AI Agents will be a huge plus, specifically:

       — implementation of Generative AI Agents using Langchain / Haystack and others

       — implementation of RAG using LlamaIndex and other Advanced RAG frameworks

       — evaluation of AI Agent Performance

       — integration of AI Agents into Existing Systems

    • Cybersecurity product background: worked on security-focused software or platforms.

    • Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields.

    About The Role

    The DB Specialist US will update the database and ensure that databases are functionally monitored and backed up.

    This person will work for the US Market and will be part of the Wildix Global Marketing Team, made of 45+ professionals spread all around the world, and will collaborate with Web & Digital, Comms & Copy, Products & Tech Marketing departments.

     

     

    What You Will Do…

    • Manage the database by ensuring the availability and reliability of Accounts & Contacts information 
    • Profiling and finding new Accounts & Contacts based on B2B Target Criteria 
    • Add new companies from the US market to the CRM on a quarterly basis.
    • Regularly clean and update existing contacts in the CRM, focusing on the Americas market.
    • Create detailed reports on updated contacts to ensure data accuracy.
    • Prepare tailored lists for BDRs based on their specific requests and purposes, including outreach, follow-ups, and targeted campaigns.
    • Conduct regular meetings with Marketing Assistant (US) to ensure alignment on goals, maintain clear communication, and track progress effectively.
       
    • Work within a structured schedule of 10:00–19:00 UA time
