We are looking for a dedicated SRE resource during Europe/Eastern European business hours, preferably coupled with an incident response service (MSP).

As a part of the SRE team (working REMOTELY) you will be challenged with maintaining our AI infrastructure platform outside of California (PST) business hours.
 

What you'll be doing:

1) Ensure reliability and scalability of our AI infrastructure platform and hybrid Linux environments.

2) Managing Linux infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime.

3) Performance and reliability testing. This may include reviewing configuration, software choices/versions, hardware specs, etc.

4) Advancing our technology stack with innovative ideas and new creative solutions.

5) Participating in capacity management of core systems and services, application analysis and performance and security tuning. Provide operational support of systems and build automation to remediate and address the root cause; with the goal of automating response to all non-exceptional service conditions.

6) Create strategies for long term permanent fixes to critical production incidents.

7) Maintain documentation, build tooling, and create alerts to both identify and address infrastructure reliability.

8) Proactively identify system anomalies.

Typical tasks might include moving clusters, troubleshooting, host unresponsive issues etc.

Graphic Designer (Digital / Media Buying | iGaming)

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with experience in digital advertising and media buying to create high-converting creatives.

The ideal candidate has strong creative thinking, excellent Photoshop and/or Figma skills, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly adapt creatives to different tasks and markets.

Responsibilities

• Create banners and graphic creatives for media buying campaigns (online casino & sports betting)
• Develop ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, Google Display, and other advertising platforms
• Adapt banners to different formats, sizes, platforms, and GEOs
• Work with provided assets (images, brand elements, copy)
• Implement revisions based on feedback from the media buying team
• Design with a strong focus on performance and conversion
• Follow brand guidelines and platform advertising requirements
• Collaborate closely with media buyers to improve creative performance
• Proactively generate ideas and visual concepts for ad campaigns

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer
• Proven experience creating banners for digital advertising / media buying
• Understanding of performance-driven design (CTR, hooks, strong call-to-action)
• Practical experience with ad formats for Facebook / Instagram, Google Display, etc.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Figma
• Ability to quickly adapt creatives for different GEOs, offers, and formats

Nice to have:

• Experience in iGaming (online casino / sports betting)
• Understanding of compliance specifics in gambling advertising

We’re building subscription products and need a Product Manager who owns the product end-to-end — from hypothesis to revenue growth. You make decisions based on data, move fast, and are accountable for results.
 

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle: idea → MVP → launch → scale
• Validate ideas and define MVP scope
• Design and improve funnels: onboarding, paywall, retention
• Plan releases and manage delivery (App Store / payments)
• Track key metrics: CR, retention, LTV
• Run A/B tests and act on results
• Work with design, engineering, QA, and marketing
• Identify and manage product risks

Requirements (must-have)

• Hands-on experience with subscription products (mobile and/or Web2App)
• Strong understanding of subscription funnels
• Daily work with product metrics (CR, retention, LTV)
• Experience running A/B tests end-to-end
• Ability to define MVP scope and prioritize
• Can write clear, actionable specs
