Your key responsibilities:
- Conduct deep research of the Spanish target audience: uncover insights, needs, pains, and motivations;
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new students, considering the mentality and behavioral characteristics of the Spanish audience;
- Adapt existing marketing funnels for the Spanish market: localize offers, creatives, landing pages, autoresponder scripts, and content;
- Launch and analyze A/B tests, optimize conversions at all funnel stages;
- Create webinars with speakers, email campaigns, lead magnets, landing pages, and other marketing materials;
- Collaborate with sales, product, tech, and creative teams to achieve shared growth goals;
