What you will be doing:

• Cultivating and growing partnerships with affiliates and traffic partners
• Identifying market opportunities in LATAM and launching campaigns tailored to regional insights
• Driving and managing communications with partners — from onboarding to growth
• Creating and optimizing marketing initiatives and bonus programs to attract new players
• Handling day-to-day tasks from performance analysis to budget allocation
• Collaborating cross-functionally with design, finance, and legal teams
• Managing local ops like event promos, content adaptation, and partner payments
• Owning both the hunt (new partner outreach) and the harvest (account growth)

What we expect:

• 1+ year in affiliate or influencer marketing (Gambling, CPA networks, or ad agencies are a huge plus)
• Understanding of the LATAM gambling/betting landscape and regional user behavior
• Experience with affiliate tools, tracking platforms, postback integrations, and core metrics (ROI, LTV, NGR, etc.)
• Existing network of partners ready to start campaigns with your guidance
• Negotiation wizardry — especially when closing deals on RevShare/CPA models
• Native fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
• Comfortable in English or Russian (working language flexibility)
• Excellent communicator (and listener!)
• Naturally friendly, proactive, and full of good energy
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
