The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of timing, weight, acting, posing, and storytelling through animation, and can bring characters, creatures, and objects to life using handcrafted keyframe animation rather than relying on motion capture.
 

🎯 Responsibilities

• Create high-quality keyframe animations for characters, creatures, props, and environmental elements
• Develop believable body mechanics, acting, and movement
• Produce polished animation cycles, action sequences, and cinematic moments
• Work closely with game designers, artists, and directors to achieve the desired visual style
• Refine animations based on feedback and creative direction
• Maintain consistent animation quality across the project

• Proven experience as a Key Frame Animator in games, cinematics, advertising, or animation projects
• Strong understanding of:
  • Animation principles
  • Timing and spacing
  • Weight and balance
  • Character acting and performance
  • Dynamic action animation
• Ability to create appealing poses and silhouettes
• Experience working with animation rigs
• Strong attention to detail and polish
