Product Engineer

We are looking for an AI Product Engineer for a project-based role to design, build, and ship cutting-edge AI systems from initial concept to robust production deployment. If you excel at building agentic workflows, optimizing RAG pipelines, managing LLM latency and costs, and actively leverage modern AI coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code in your daily development, we’d love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement AI features end-to-end—from technical design through to production launch.
• Integrate LLMs and external AI APIs, handling streaming, structured outputs, retries, fallback strategies, and function/tool calling.
• Build and optimize RAG systems for private data (ingestion pipelines, chunking strategies, embeddings, vector search, and reranking).
• Develop AI agents and multi-step workflows utilizing tools, MCP (Model Context Protocol), or Agents SDKs.
• Establish AI evaluation (evals) and monitoring tools, implement guardrails, and control for performance, speed, cost, and security.

Requirements:

• Production experience with Python and/or TypeScript developing backend services and APIs (FastAPI or Node.js).
• Hands-on experience integrating major LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Bedrock, or similar), including streaming, structured output, retries, and tool/function calling.
• Practical production experience with prompt engineering and RAG architecture (chunking, embeddings, vector databases, retrieval, and reranking).
• Experience developing AI agents, multi-step agent workflows, MCP, or function-calling systems.
• Proven track record with AI evaluations, monitoring, guardrails, latency/cost optimization, testing, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on, daily experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, GitHub Copilot, etc.) on real production codebases - including rigorous code review and refinement of generated code.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
