We are looking for a Senior UA who will own this engine end-to-end:

strategy → funnels → channels → automation → team
 

Responsibilities

• Build and execute UA strategy across Meta, Google and other paid channels.
• Own and scale Web2Web, Web2App and in-app funnels.
• Work closely with Product, Monetization, Creative and Analytics teams.
• Set up and improve attribution & tracking (AppsFlyer / Adjust, CAPI, server-side events, UTMs).
• Analyze CAC, LTV, ARPU, ROAS, retention and cohorts.
• Build automation and scalable UA processes.
• Lead and mentor UA specialists.
   

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing.
• Required: experience working with mobile subscription apps (B2C). This is critical for this role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads.
• Experience scaling Web2Web, Web2App or app funnels.
• Experience with attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust or similar).
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, payback and unit economics.
• English B2+.
