Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will be responsible for growth through: Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads. The main goal is to build and optimize funnel systems that bring in active users to the product.
 

Responsibilities:

1. Managing advertising platforms

• Launch, manage, and scale campaigns in:
  Meta, TikTok, Google Ads
• Manage budgets and optimize for ROAS / CPA / ROMI
• Create and test hypotheses (creatives, audiences, offers)
• Build dynamic and event-based remarketing campaigns
  (from website visitors to active users)

2. Analytics and optimization

• Track and analyze conversion rates across all funnel stages
• Optimize CPA
• Work with attribution tools (e.g. AppsFlyer)

3. Product and CRM integration

• Set up and maintain accurate tracking (pixels, SDKs)
• Work closely with product and CRM teams to improve conversion rates

4. Using AI tools

• Generate and test creatives
• Analyze audiences
• Automate reporting
• Find ways to speed up testing and campaign optimization
   

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of experience in performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Google
• Good understanding of mobile analytics and attribution (app marketing)
• Ability to work with hypotheses and A/B testing
• Experience using AI tools to improve performance marketing
   

Nice to have:

• Experience in fintech / neobank
• Experience scaling budgets
• Experience working with international markets (EEA, LATAM, SEA)
• Understanding of CRM and retention mechanics
