Responsibilities

System development

• Implement and maintain parts of the onboard product software and supporting services
• Develop internal tools, automation, and utilities used across development and release workflows
• Integrate new features into the production codebase with stable behavior, logging, and configuration

Product software support & verification

• Support, test, and debug components of the onboard navigation product software

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys combining hands-on technical work with customer collaboration and system-level problem solving.
 

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for partners throughout integration and deployment projects
• Integrate partner systems with software and hardware solutions both remotely and on-site
• Configure, customize, and adapt existing solutions to meet partner requirements
• Contribute to the development of software solutions, from standalone applications and plugins to the main software codebase
• Manage software releases, including build preparation, release creation, testing, and resolving release-related issues
• Validate software releases before they are delivered to operational teams
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver new features and improvements
• Translate partner requirements into clear technical specifications aligned with product capabilities
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and system integration issues, escalating complex challenges when required
• Support system validation, field testing, and deployment activities
• Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement of engineering processes
   

Requirements:

• Experience working directly with partners or customers in a technical engineering environment
• Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and Linux (Ubuntu)
• Experience integrating hardware components into embedded systems
• Basic hands-on hardware experience and understanding of fundamental electronics principles
• Solid understanding of embedded communication protocols (CAN, I2C, SPI, etc.)
• Experience with electrical and/or mechanical system design
• Ability to design wiring diagrams and apply best practices to minimize electrical interference
• Understanding of control theory and flight control
• Hands-on experience with multicopter and fixed-wing UAVs
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel for on-site integration, testing, and deployment activities

Що ти будеш робити:
 

• Протягом перших 2 місяців (тестовий період)
   
  • ти повністю зануришся у специфіку, структуру, проєкти організації та ролі, з якими працюєш;
  • почнеш вибудовувати взаємодію з hiring managers: від спільного формування профілю ролі до побудови ефективної стратегії найму;
  • самостійно вестимеш щонайменше 4 вакансії паралельно: від запиту на пошук до виходу кандидата;
  • зрозумієш поточні вузькі місця в процесі рекрутингу;
  • залучишся в онбординг нових колег: створення онбординг-плану, підтримка менеджера та новеньких протягом випробувального терміну.
     
• Протягом перших 6-12 місяців
   
  • стабільно і якісно закриватимеш вакансії різних рівнів та функцій в організації: військові, операційні, IT, креативні, управлінські (у нас багато цікавих ролей 😉);
  • активно працюватимеш з метриками та аналітикою;
  • запропонуєш та впровадиш кілька покращень у процес рекрутингу (нові підходи до сорсингу, оцінки кандидатів, candidate experience, взаємодії з менеджерами, тощо);
  • станеш ключовим партнером для менеджерів у питаннях та потребах найму.

• маєш 2+ років досвіду у full-cycle рекрутингу;
• працюєш не лише з вакансіями, а й викликами найму (специфічні / вузькоспеціалізовані вакансії, кадрова криза, орієнтація на ціннісну та безпекову складові, тривалий і багатоетапний процес відбору);
• маєш сильні навички нетворкінгу та коло корисних знайомств;

• вмієш ефективно організувати свою роботу, працювати з кількома вакансіями паралельно та тримати фокус на результаті;
• не боїшся брати лідерську роль у процесах та ініціювати зміни;
• можеш поділитися кейсами, коли твоя ініціатива або підхід допомогли значно покращити результат найму;

Що буде входити в обов’язки:

• Підготовка та друк прототипів на FDM та SLA 3D-принтерах;
• Налаштування slicer, орієнтація деталей, supports, режими друку;
• Базове обслуговування та калібрування 3D-принтерів;
• Постобробка надрукованих деталей;
• Складання механічних прототипів, корпусів та вузлів;
• Перевірка посадок, зазорів, люфтів, кріплень та зручності складання;
• Контроль розмірів штангенциркулем та іншим базовим інструментом;
• Проведення простих механічних та функціональних тестів;
• Фіксація дефектів: фото, виміри, короткий опис проблеми;
• Звіт по результатах та передача фідбеку Mechanical Engineer.

Наші очікування:

• Практичний досвід FDM-друку;
• Досвід або хороше розуміння SLA/MSLA-друку;
• Розуміння базових параметрів і типових проблем 3D-друку;
• Базове розуміння допусків, зазорів і посадок;
• Вміння працювати зі штангенциркулем та ручним інструментом;
• Акуратність, уважність та вміння системно описувати знайдені проблеми.

Буде плюсом:

• Базове розуміння методології тестування / QA;
• SolidWorks / Fusion на базовому рівні;
• Власні проєкти: 3D-друк, робототехніка, дрони, RC, електроніка;
• Базові навички пайки та складання електронних пристроїв.
