Mission

Every month, drones injure and kill thousands of Ukrainians. We build point-defence systems to stop that. Our first product is a hand-launched micro-missile designed to intercept small drones at close range. It is small enough to carry three in a vest and cheap enough for mass deployment. About the role:
We are looking for a Sales manager to join a team building technology solutions for DefenseTech — a person who will become the hub of the company's operational coordination and help us build new partnerships and find new opportunities for growth.
We would be especially glad to welcome candidates who share the mission of developing Ukrainian DefenseTech and want to contribute to strengthening Ukraine's defense capabilities.

Responsibilities:
- coordinating the company's day-to-day operational processes;
- managing business communication with clients, partners, and contractors;
- organizing meetings and calls, preparing and following up on agreements;
- supporting lead generation processes and the search for new potential clients;
- helping organize conferences, exhibitions, business events, and other company activities;
- coordinating internal tasks between teams;
- tracking deadlines and following tasks through to full completion;
- quickly and effectively resolving operational issues.
 

Requirements:
- experience in operations, project coordination, executive support, or related roles;
- experience working in MilTech or DefenseTech;
- understanding of the defense industry's specifics;
- experience interacting with military personnel, defense companies, or government projects;
- veteran status or experience serving in Ukraine's Defense Forces;
- experience in business development or sales;
- experience in lead generation;
- experience in event management;
- flawless spoken and written Ukrainian;
- high level of English (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced);
- strong communication skills;
- structured approach, responsibility, and attention to detail;
- ability to multitask;
