We are looking for a Senior Embedded Vision Integration Engineer to build and integrate sensor pipelines for precision turret systems operating under strict real-time and hardware constraints.

About the role

We're looking for an experienced hardware engineer to own end-to-end flight-control hardware integration across a diverse fleet of drones — from FPV quads to larger autonomous multirotor, fixed-wing, and VTOL platforms. You'll be the person who takes a new airframe from a pile of components to a tuned, flight-ready system: selecting and wiring the flight controller, flashing and configuring ArduPilot or Betaflight, integrating ESCs, sensors, radios, power, and payloads, and tuning it until it flies cleanly.

This is a hands-on, on-site role based in our lab/hangar, spanning the full range from quick R&D prototypes to repeatable production builds. You'll be the hardware integration expert for the team, working independently and setting the standard for how builds are configured, documented, and validated. Success looks like new platforms reaching reliable, flight-ready status quickly — and builds that stay consistent and reproducible from one unit to the next.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end hardware integration of flight-control systems across multiple platform types (multirotor, fixed-wing, VTOL, FPV).
• Select, flash, configure, and tune ArduPilot (Copter / Plane / Rover) and Betaflight; build and maintain custom firmware targets and board definitions where needed.
• Integrate and validate flight controllers, ESCs, and motors — including protocol setup (DShot / bidirectional DShot, PWM / OneShot), motor–prop matching, and thrust testing.
• Bring up and calibrate full sensor suites: IMUs, barometers, compasses/magnetometers, GPS/RTK, rangefinders, optical flow, and airspeed sensors.
• Integrate RC and telemetry links (ExpressLRS, TBS Crossfire, CRSF / SBUS, MAVLink, SiK radios) and FPV/video systems (analog and digital VTX, OSD, cameras, antennas).
• Spec, assemble, and wire power systems — distribution, regulation, current/voltage sensing, and battery selection — with clean, reliable harnesses.
• Integrate smart peripherals over CAN / DroneCAN and companion computers (Raspberry Pi / Jetson) over MAVLink.
• Diagnose vibration, noise, and EMI issues and implement fixes (soft-mounting, gyro/notch filtering, grounding, shielding).
• Run bench, ground, and flight tests; analyze logs (Mission Planner / MAVExplorer, Betaflight Blackbox) and iterate on PID and filter tuning.
• Root-cause failures and design for reliability — diagnose in-flight and bench anomalies, build in redundancy where it matters, and harden platforms to hold up in real-world field conditions.
• Take platforms from quick R&D prototypes through to repeatable, well-documented production builds — locking in configurations and processes that stay consistent across units.
• Document build configurations, wiring, and setup procedures, and support/upskill the team so they can operate and iterate independently.

• Work closely with the software, mechanical, and flight-test teams to integrate cleanly and resolve hardware–software issues together.

   

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience integrating and configuring ArduPilot and/or Betaflight on real hardware.
• Strong working knowledge of drone subsystems: flight controllers, ESCs, motors, sensors, RC links, power, and FPV.
• Comfortable with soldering, wiring, and general benchtop debugging (multimeter, bench power supply).

• Account Qualification: Classify target accounts by readiness (Unaware vs. Actively Looking vs. Already Committed) and identify subtle technical integration signals.
• Personalized Outreach: Execute smart, highly tailored outreach via LinkedIn and Email. No generic spam templates — every single message must be context-aware and deeply personalized. You will own the initial hook and rigorous follow-up execution.

• CRM Sovereignty: Maintain absolute hygiene in our CRM (Hubspot/Pipedrive). Track outreach history, log drop-off reasons, and ensure zero duplicate records

   

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 0-3 years of experience. We are completely fine with hiring a brilliant graduate with little commercial sales experience. If you have a background in International Relations, Political Science, Intelligence Studies, Analysis, or Engineering, you'll feel right at home.
• Language: Fluent, professional, and natural written English (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced is a strict requirement).

We're looking for an engineer driven by the radio spectrum — from spectral analysis to real-time drone signal detection. You'll work with SDR platforms and radar sensors, write DSP pipelines, and collect data.

What you'll be doing:

• Working with SDR platforms (HackRF, USRP, LimeSDR, RTL-SDR) — capturing, analyzing, and processing radio signals;
• Developing DSP pipelines for real-time UAV signal detection, classification, and direction finding;
• Analyzing the spectrum and building signal features for further ML model training;
• Collecting, labeling, and validating radio datasets — laying the foundation for models;
• Working at the intersection of radio and radar — integrating data from radar sensors into a shared detection pipeline;
• Writing in Python and C++ for real-time signal processing;
• Researching and prototyping new approaches to drone detection — this is R&D, not maintenance of something ready-made;

• Working alongside ML engineers to ensure detection models perform reliably on real-world data.

   

Technical skills

Required:

• Understanding of radio engineering fundamentals — modulation (AM/FM/PSK/OFDM), frequency bands, antennas, signal propagation;
• DSP — confident command of digital signal processing: FFT, filtering, spectral analysis, correlation;
• SDR experience — hands-on practice with HackRF / USRP / LimeSDR / RTL-SDR (not just theory);
• Python — confident coding for signal processing and data handling (NumPy, SciPy);
• C++ — for real-time signal processing and high-performance pipelines;
• Linux — comfortable in the terminal, system utilities, SSH;

• Middle / Senior level — ability to independently drive a task from idea to working prototype without step-by-step guidance.

   

Nice to have:

• Radar — understanding of operating principles (FMCW, Doppler), experience with radar sensors;
• GNU Radio — building flow graphs, writing OOT modules;

We are looking for a Chief Turret Systems Design Engineer to lead the development of high-precision melee engagement systems. Your key task will be to create a compact turret with automatic guidance, capable of effectively hitting fast and small targets at a short distance.

It is a complex, technologically rich and engineering-demanding product, where each constructive solution affects not only tactical efficiency, but also calculation safety and stability of system operation in conditions of field application. The turret should have two formats of use:

— fixed installation;

— integration on moving platforms.

We move from the stage of experimental concepts to the creation of an engineering-mature system, so the quality of design, the durability of mechanics, the accuracy of guidance algorithms and the reliability of all — nodes are critical.
