We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Game Team Lead to join our casino management team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of game aggregation platforms, iGaming content, and proven success in managing provider collaborations.

What you’ll do:

✅ Set up providers and games on the platform.
✅ Set up providers and games across multiple websites.
✅ Organize games into collections and categories on the sites.
✅ Develop strategies for managing collections, categories, underperforming games, and exclusive content.
✅ Create roadmaps for new game releases and network tournaments.
✅ Ensure timely releases of new games on the platform and websites.
✅ Manage relationships with providers: negotiate promotions, collaborations, and special deals.
✅ Handle game anti-fraud processes, including disabling games from bonuses when needed.
✅ Oversee the entire game lifecycle on the platform and across all sites.

• Experience leading a team (or a strong senior ready to step into a TL role).
• Solid understanding of casino platforms, game providers, and gaming mechanics.
• Direct experience working with game providers (NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, etc.).
• Ability to build and execute strategies for content management.

1. Cross-platform App Development (Web & Mobile) with Flutter: Building a scalable codebase with optimized UI and performance for mobile and web platforms.

2. Payment System Integration (Stripe, PayPal, Cryptocurrencies): Implementing and configuring various payment methods with secure transaction handling.

3. Working with YouTube API and Financial Services: Integrating APIs to collect, process, and analyze financial data for YouTube creators.

4. Custom UI/UX Component Development for FinTech App: Developing adaptive and animated interfaces tailored to product requirements.

5. Navigation, Deep Linking, and SEO Optimization (for Web Version): Setting up proper navigation, deep linking, and optimizing the web version for SEO.

6. Performance Optimization and Security: Implementing caching, lazy loading, and secure data storage for users.

7. Testing and Automation (Unit, Widget, Integration Tests): Ensuring critical logic coverage with tests and setting up CI/CD for automated testing.

8. Collaboration with Backend Team and Other Departments: Working closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and the product team for efficient development.
