CRM Manager (Crypto)

We are looking for a CRM Lifecycle Manager to lead the full customer journey — from onboarding to retention and reactivation — through personalized, data-driven CRM campaigns.

 

You will use Smartico CRM to build and automate customer journeys, analyze player behavior, and implement strategies to boost engagement and retention.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, launch, and optimize segmented CRM campaigns using Smartico.

• Manage the entire customer lifecycle: onboarding, retention, reactivation.

• Set up automated omnichannel workflows: email, pop-ups, SMS, push notifications.

• Monitor key KPIs: retention, LTV, CTR, OR, conversion.

• Analyze player behavior and build effective customer journeys.

• Work closely with marketing, product, and VIP teams.

• Run A/B tests to improve campaign performance.

 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in iGaming/crypto/fintech.

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Smartico.

• Understanding of customer lifecycles, segmentation, and communication strategies.

• Knowledge of email marketing, automation, bonus, and loyalty programs.

• Strong analytical mindset, KPI focus, and goal orientation.

 

Nice to have:

• Basic HTML/CSS skills.

• Understanding of crypto and blockchain audiences.

• Basic knowledge of SQL, Postgres, Sendgrid, Mailgun.
