    We are currently looking for a skilled Creative Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Promova team and contribute to our new lifelong education platform. In this role, your main objective will be to β€” find powerful creatives that β€œhit right in the heart” of millions of users worldwideβ€”from Japan to Greenlandβ€”and, as a result, help them discover Promova, an effective and user-friendly language-learning platform.


    YOUR AREA OF IMPACT:


    - Constantly generating new ideas for creatives.
    - Analyzing the market for creative trends, quickly spotting viral content on TikTok and Instagram, and creating engaging videos to attract users.
    - Turning ideas into polished visuals and videos by creating clear and detailed briefs for the design team.

    ABOUT YOU:


    - 2+ years of experience in performance / digital / creative marketing / сopywriting / scriptwriting.
    - Experience in creating advertising creatives for social media (Facebook, TikTok) and for Google Ads.
    - Experience in market analysis, competitor research, and consumer insights.
    - English level B2 or higher.
    - Experience with Figma, Miro, and the ability to summarize and systematize creatives.
    - Understanding applied human psychology β€” why consumers take certain actions.
    - Copywriting skills.
    - Experience in launching performance marketing campaigns for a new product will be a strong advantage.
