Own the go‑to‑market for a breakthrough stablecoin finance & payments platform at a Launch United portfolio company. Build from day one, earn big on outcomes, and shape the playbook others will follow.

That combination removes weeks of compliance wait time and makes time‑to‑value minutes, not months.
- Upside you control. High commissions from day one; a fixed base salary begins once you hit a revenue threshold (usually within ~1 month). You’ll also influence roadmap and partnerships via Launch United’s network.
What you’ll sell
A non‑custodial stablecoin finance and payments platform purpose‑built for high‑risk and cross‑border use cases (iGaming, forex, agencies, PSPs, billing platforms). Companies get secure, role‑based multi‑currency treasury, base‑currency mirroring, instant confirmations, subscriptions/recurring, developer‑friendly APIs & webhooks, audit‑ready reporting, and passkey‑level security - without juggling chain gas tokens or lengthy compliance queues.
Roadmap adds relayers for instant FX, business crypto cards, working capital, and mass payouts - fuel for expansion and upsell.
What you’ll do
- Build top‑of‑funnel from scratch: research, prospecting, and personalized outreach at scale.
- Run full‑cycle deals end‑to‑end across multiple time zones; multi‑thread senior stakeholders (Founders, COO/CFO, Heads of Payments/Compliance).
- Tailor demos and pilots; shape clear go‑live plans (API keys, webhooks, checkout/invoices, subscriptions).
- Navigate compliance and risk questions with confidence (KYT, sanctions screening, non‑custodial architecture).
- Forecast accurately; keep CRM immaculate; share structured feedback with Product/Compliance to tighten fit and shorten cycles.
- Represent the portfolio company at targeted industry events and communities.
What you bring
- 1+ year in B2B fintech sales (payments/crypto/treasury) - with exposure to high‑risk industries (iGaming, crypto), PSPs, FinTechs, banks, stablecoins, or tokenized assets.
- Evidence you can prospect, sequence, demo, negotiate, and close independently.
- Good English (strong written & spoken; you can lead calls and draft crisp proposals).
- Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern outbound tooling.
- Comfortable working fully remote, managing your time across EU/US/MENA time zones without micromanagement.
Compensation & working model
- Remote‑first. Work from anywhere.

- High, uncapped commissions from day one.
- Fixed salary kicks in after you reach a revenue threshold (usually within ~1 month).
- Tooling budget, and a clear path to Team Lead / Head of Sales as we scale.
