About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to own product decisions for a high-volume eCommerce platform serving the US & Canada market.

This role is focused on business impact, not feature delivery. You will be responsible for improving conversion, profit per order, and operational efficiency across the product.

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap based on business metrics (CVR, AOV, refunds, ops cost).
• Define and validate product hypotheses tied to measurable impact.
• Improve checkout, upsell, repeat purchase, and funnel efficiency.
• Reduce operational friction (manual work, CS tickets, order issues).
• Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and UX.
• Prioritize initiatives based on ROI and effort.
• Ensure clear requirements, success metrics, and rollback logic for each change.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager (eCommerce or transactional systems).
• Strong understanding of funnels, unit economics, and conversion.
• Experience with analytics, experiments, and A/B testing.
• Ability to make decisions independently and take ownership.
• Strong communication skills.

• English — confident working level.
