Senior DevOps Engineer (GCP)

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to support the implementation and operation of a modern OMS platform within a complex e-commerce environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Fluent OMS deployments, cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), CI/CD automation, containerization, and enterprise integration environments.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, integration, QA, and architecture teams to ensure stable delivery pipelines, infrastructure scalability, monitoring, and operational reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Support deployment and operational management of Fluent OMS environments
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and testing
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or similar tools
• Configure and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Support API-based and event-driven integrations across enterprise systems
• Monitor system health, application performance, and infrastructure reliability
• Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, networking, and integration issues
• Collaborate with development and architecture teams to improve platform scalability and resilience
• Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, backup, and disaster recovery solutions
• Ensure security best practices and operational standards are followed
• Maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Infrastructure Engineer
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Hands-on experience with Fluent OMS implementations or support
• Experience working on enterprise e-commerce projects
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred)
• Strong Linux administration and scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog
• Understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures
• Experience with API integrations and messaging/event platforms
• Familiarity with Git version control
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
