Middle Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive Middle Project Manager who is ready to take ownership of eCommerce projects, ensure smooth delivery, and build strong communication between clients and the development team. If you are confident in managing timelines, scope, and expectations — we’d love to meet you.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT;
• Proven experience managing eCommerce or website development projects;
• Understanding of eCommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, WordPress, Shopware, Opencart (at least one as main expertise);
• Hands-on experience with Jira / Confluence / Trello;
• Ability to manage both T&M and fixed-price projects (planning, estimation support, risk control);
• Strong understanding of SDLC and experience working with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Designers);
• Experience with project documentation and reporting;
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills;
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full project delivery cycle: planning, execution, and release;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Designers, SEO);
• Maintain project documentation, tasks, and project boards in Jira/Confluence;
• Track timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies;
• Communicate with clients, gather requirements, clarify expectations, and ensure transparency;
• Prepare project plans, status reports, and sprint updates;
• Participate in pre-sales activities: estimates, project scoping, and client calls (together with Sales team);
• Ensure high quality of delivery and smooth collaboration inside the team.
