Junior IT Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated person with basic experience in an IT outsourcing or software development environment who wants to grow into a strong IT Sales professional.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in an IT outsourcing (in roles such as Sales, Account , PM, BA, etc.)
  • Fluency in English (from B2 and higher)
  • Basic understanding of software development processes
  • Excellent communication skills and basic experience in client communication 
  • Experience using AI tools and a willingness to actively use and explore them in daily work
  • Proactive mindset and analytical thinking

 

Responsibilities:

  • Learn our sales processes, case studies and understand how we approach IT solutions in practice
  • Preparing for discovery calls (researching leads and analyzing business context)
  • Participate in discovery calls with support from senior sales team members or technical specialists
  • CRM management: updating client data, notes after calls etc
  • Gradually take on more responsibility and deepen your involvement in the sales process, growing into a more independent and stronger sales role
