UADAMAGE is hiring a Data Engineer to join a cross-functional team working on a national-scale Big Data platform for Ukraine. The project focuses on building a geospatial platform for multifactor analysis of territories to support demining and recovery planning. The system integrates remote sensing, environmental and socio-economic indicators, and includes both Big Data infrastructure and AI/ML modules. The platform is under active development with support from governance and international partners.

Role Summary

Design and maintain scalable and sustainable data pipelines within the platform to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent integration of multi-source data. Develop and support workflows for data ingestion, cleansing, normalization, and transformation from internal and external sources (e.g. government systems, commercial registers, API feeds). Ensure compatibility of all data pipelines with downstream use in GIS systems, land analysis models, dashboards and reports. Execute basic data analysis. Team in UA is looking for a Support Shift Lead to lead a shift for our on-shift technical support team. This role is for a team supporting one of Team in UA's clients, DSC Video. You'll be responsible for keeping live operations running smoothly, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks during shift handovers, and serving as a bridge between our support function, engineering teams, and customers.

This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments - live sports don't wait, and neither can we!

This is a full-time position based in our Kyiv office, requiring successful applicants to work a fixed shift schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a shift on our 24/7 support team, managing workload distribution and ticket allocation 
• Own shift transitions, ensuring comprehensive handovers so no open issues are lost between shifts
• Provide first and second-line technical support to customers, including troubleshooting live streaming issues and answering integration questions
• Escalate complex technical issues appropriately and track them through to resolution
• Communicate proactively with customers during live events and incidents
• Provide feedback to the Support Manager on team performance, process improvements, and training needs
• Collaborate with engineering teams to surface feature requests, operational pain points, and recurring technical issues
• Document incidents, resolutions, and emerging patterns to improve team knowledge and response times

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in technical support
• Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort with technical concepts (APIs, streaming protocols, integrations)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure during live events
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail, particularly around handovers and documentation

Nice to Have

• Previous experience leading or coordinating a team, even informally
• Experience with ticketing systems and support tooling

We are looking for a Camera BSP & Middleware Engineer to drive the design and development of a unified camera infrastructure across Linux and Android platforms.
This role combines deep embedded Linux and Android expertise with camera subsystem integration. The engineer will be responsible for sensor bring-up, driver development,
middleware integration, and image quality tuning, ensuring compliance with Android Camera HAL standards and optimized multimedia performance across platforms.

Technical Requirements (Mandatory)

 Strong experience with Linux kernel camera drivers and V4L2 (including sub-device drivers)
 Proven experience integrating and maintaining Android Camera HAL
 Hands-on experience with camera sensor bring-up and board-level integration
 Experience working with Device Tree / DTBO overlays, including power sequencing, reset, and clock (MCLK) configuration
 Experience tuning image quality pipelines, including:
o 3A algorithms (AE, AWB, AF)
o Lens Shading Correction (LSC)
o Temporal Noise Reduction (TNR)
 Ability to debug complex camera pipelines across kernel and user space
 Experience with Git/Gerrit and build systems (Yocto and AOSP)
 Strong understanding of embedded Linux and Android system architecture

Responsibilities
 Own cross-platform (Linux and Android) camera architecture and board bring-up
 Develop and maintain Linux camera drivers (V4L2 sub-devices)
 Integrate and support Android Camera HAL components
 Create and validate Device Tree / DTBO overlays for camera hardware configuration
 Automate media graph validation, streaming tests, and long-running stress test suites
 Tune image processing pipelines using vendor-provided IQ tools
 Collaborate closely with hardware teams on CSI timing, PHY configuration, and sensor onboarding
 Support performance optimization and long-term platform stability
Preferred Skills
 Experience with ISP pipelines and proprietary HAL implementations
 Knowledge of multimedia frameworks such as GStreamer or OpenCV
