Requirements:

• 1.5+ years of experience in manual and automation testing of modern web applications with a focus on Java-based automation.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium/Selenide, TestNG, Gradle, and browser-based UI testing.
• Experience with Selenoid or similar browser execution environments.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, TeamCity, etc.) and Gradle-based test execution.
• Strong knowledge of UI testing, regression, smoke, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience creating and maintaining test cases and automated UI scenarios. Familiarity with TestRail or similar tools.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and frontend application architecture.
• Experience with Git, browser DevTools, and monitoring/logging tools (Grafana, Kibana, Datadog, etc.).
• Good written English communication skills.
• Motivation to grow into Playwright + TypeScript automation.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Playwright and TypeScript.
• Experience with visual regression testing.
• Basic API testing knowledge.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with Allure reports.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements, user stories, and UI designs to define test coverage and identify quality risks.
• Create and maintain manual and automated UI tests for functional, regression, smoke, and E2E testing.
• Develop and support automated tests using Java stack: Selenium/Selenide, TestNG, Gradle, and Selenoid.
• Support and improve the existing automation framework stability and maintainability.
• Participate in the gradual transition toward Playwright + TypeScript automation.
• Validate application behavior across browsers and devices.
• Maintain automated test execution in CI/CD pipelines and investigate failures.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA team members during Agile processes.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, automation coverage, and testing standards.

We are looking for a Head of Engineering who will help scale the engineering organization, strengthen technical leadership, and improve development processes across multiple engineering domains.

    Responsibilities
 

• Lead and scale backend and frontend engineering teams
• Build and improve engineering processes, development standards, and coding guidelines
• Establish and evolve release management processes and engineering best practices
• Work closely with Delivery and Product teams on resource planning and team allocation
• Support engineering leads and managers in cross-team coordination and execution
• Participate in high-level architecture and technical decision-making
• Drive technical consistency and engineering quality across teams
• Build and mentor engineering leadership within the organization
• Improve collaboration between Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product, and Delivery departments
• Lead frontend engineering transformation initiatives, including migration toward a React-based architecture
• Help build and scale a dedicated frontend engineering direction

• Organise and facilitate Grooming, Planning, Retro, Daily.
• Define Sprint Goal.
• Ensure tasks are ready for Planning through regular Grooming sessions.
• Monitor Sprint Goal execution and escalate blockers in a timely manner.
• Calculate team Capacity prior to each sprint Planning.
• Maintain team workload at 75–85% of effective capacity.
• Plan and coordinate Dev and QA workload.
• Identify and document Risks before sprint start.
• Track Risk status throughout the sprint.
• Manage Dependencies with adjacent teams and external providers.
• Build and maintain team processes aligned with Delivery standards.
