We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team!

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with successful launches of large or complex products;

- Deep understanding of the product lifecycle, business models, and unit economics;

- Experience managing cross-functional teams and working across multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Will be plus:

- Knowledge of market-specific requirements (regulations, compliance, localization);

- Skills in strategic planning and product P&L management.

Soft Skills: 

- Leadership: ability to guide teams, build trust, and establish authority;

- Strong negotiation skills for working with partners and stakeholders;

- Strategic mindset, capable of balancing long-term goals with day-to-day operational management.

Responsibilities:

- Full ownership of the development and management of a standalone product;

- Defining and executing product strategy, positioning, and the roadmap;

- Requirements management, timeline control, and release quality assurance;

- Working with key metrics: user growth, retention, and profitability;

- Collaboration with partners, clients, and internal teams (Dev, BI, CRM, Marketing).

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced In-App Media Buyer to manage, scale, and optimize advertising campaigns across networks like Unity, Moloco, IronSource, and Kayzen. You will focus on testing, analytics, and profit growth, supported by in-house tools, creatives, and finance assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch, manage, and scale In-App campaigns independently.
• Formulate hypotheses, test strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with designers and use AI tools for creative production.
• Monitor networks, trackers, automation systems, and payment models.
• Analyze results, identify patterns, and adjust campaigns for maximum performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in media buying with measurable results.
• Strong analytical mindset and systematic approach to campaign management.
• Ability to work independently, communicate predictably, and engage with the team.
• Interest in long-term growth, experimentation, and professional development.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated SDR to work down the funnel processing, qualifying, and nurturing sales opportunities for our Sales department. You will be the first and most critical step in our sales process, identifying and nurturing relationships with potential clients.

What You'll Do

• Identify and research target companies (startups and SMBs) that fit our ideal customer profile.
• Analyse and qualify leads based on their potential needs, budget, and timeline for custom software projects.
• Engage new prospects through strategic outreach (email, LinkedIn, direct messages).
• Clearly articulate Metaproject's value proposition as a technical partner.
• Book qualified discovery meetings for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean and accurate records in our CRM (Pipedrive).

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B SDR experience in the IT services / Outsourcing is required.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to understand and explain technical services to both tech and business people.
• Highly organized and self-disciplined (this is a remote role).
