We are looking for a strong Technical Specialist to bring order to our Zoho ecosystem, automate cross-departmental processes, and connect Zoho with our own platform and external systems. You will be part of the engineering team, reporting to our Engineering Manager, and work closely with the CEO and department heads. This is a long-term internal role: you will own, document, and evolve the system - not a build-and-leave project. Documentation and knowledge transfer are part of the job.
Why this role exists
We generate 3–5k motivated-seller leads a month and route them to real estate investors across the US. Every lead that routes wrong, every integration that breaks silently, every manual step that should be automated — that’s revenue at risk. You’ll own the system that determines all of it.

What you’ll own
Zoho ecosystem: audit existing pipelines, triggers and automations. Build an error-tracking layer so issues are visible before they cause damage. Split and restructure pipelines by team. Own the backlog of improvements across Sales, Support and HR.
Client integrations: Connect Zoho to clients’ CRMs — GHL, HubSpot, Salesforce, ReSimpli and others. Sync leads in, sync status updates back.
Automation across the stack: Use Zoho’s native tools alongside Make, Zapier and webhooks to automate workflows across departments. Connect an AI agent for sales call evaluation. Build automations for Support and HR as the backlog grows.
Visibility and reporting: Build personal dashboards for Sales and Customer Success. Track automation error rates and integration performance. Own your part of the monthly metrics report — no reminders needed.

How the first 90 days look
Month 1 — Stabilize: Audit everything. Build error monitoring. Form a prioritized backlog with all stakeholders. First client integrations with supervision.
Month 2 — Execute: Work through the backlog by priority. Sales views, CS automations, HR setup in Zoho People & Recruit. Client integrations become a regular process.
Month 3 — Own it: Fully autonomous. Own backlog prioritization, run client integrations end-to-end, report on metrics independently.
