Internal Communications Specialist

Softsich is an ambitious international product company developing scalable digital B2B platforms.

We are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to strengthen internal communication processes, ensure employees stay informed and engaged, and help foster a strong company culture. In this role, you will be responsible for creating meaningful content, managing communication channels, and supporting key company initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement internal communications in line with the company’s business priorities.
• Create and edit internal content, including news, announcements, newsletters, digests, and informational materials.
• Manage and develop internal communication channels (Slack, email, etc.).
• Prepare leadership communications and support organizational changes.
• Coordinate communications for internal events and initiatives, promoting company culture and values.
• Monitor communication effectiveness and collect employee feedback.
   

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Internal Communications, HR Communications, Employer Branding, PR, or Content Marketing.
• Experience creating content for different audiences and communication channels, with a good understanding of Tone of Voice.
• Ability to structure complex information and communicate it in a clear and accessible way.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Understanding of internal communication performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with Slack, Notion / Confluence.
• Basic skills in Canva or Figma.
