Video Editor

We’re looking for a video editor who can turn raw footage into Reels, YouTube videos, Shorts and TikToks that people watch to the end, save and share. If you love editing, study what goes viral and treat every second as a decision, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll do

• Edit our team’s footage into short vertical videos and long-form YouTube videos.
• Write hooks for the first 1–3 seconds that stop the scroll.
• Build in pacing, open loops and a payoff that keep people watching to the end.
• Add captions, sound, music and colour that fit our brand.
• Cut each shoot into versions sized for each platform.
• Track views, retention, saves and shares, and use what you learn in the next edit.
• Suggest shots and ideas for upcoming shoots.
   

Who you are

• You think in views. A video nobody watches has no value.
• You can hold attention with hooks, rhythm and storytelling.
• You know why videos go viral and can explain what made one work.
• You care about the details: clean cuts, synced audio, captions without typos.
• You take feedback well and meet deadlines on your own.
