About us:
VC Gallery Milan is a lighting showroom in Milan and an online store. We are an official
dealer of Visual Comfort & Co. (Ralph Lauren, Kelly Wearstler, AERIN and others) and
serve interior designers, architects and homeowners across Europe.
What you will do:
• Reply to client requests by email, phone and WhatsApp, quickly and in the client's
language.
• Help clients choose: understand the project, prepare selections and quotes.
• Guide each order through payment, delivery and after-sales questions.
• Keep clients informed: what happens next and when.
• Check stock and lead times with our operations team and keep HubSpot up to date.
What we need
• 2+ years in customer service or account management with international clients.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher, written and spoken.
• Clear, polite writing: you answer the question the client actually asked.
• You are comfortable on the phone.
• You are careful with prices, VAT and terms.
• Available Monday to Saturday in Milan time, 5 working days a week.
Nice to have:
• Italian.
• Another European language.
• Experience in premium retail, interiors, furniture or lighting.
• HubSpot or another CRM.
