About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Media Buying / Acquisition Performance Manager to take full ownership of end-to-end Media Buying and User Acquisition campaigns in the online casino vertical.
In this role, you will develop and execute user acquisition strategies, manage media buying budgets, test and scale paid traffic channels, and optimize campaigns based on real business results. Your primary focus will be acquiring high-value depositing players, maximizing campaign performance, and improving profitability through data-driven media buying decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute Media Buying and User Acquisition strategies, including monthly media plans and campaign roadmaps.
• Manage paid media buying budgets, allocate spend, and optimize campaigns based on performance.
• Identify, test, and scale player acquisition channels, including ad networks, programmatic, native advertising, publishers, and sponsored placements.
• Plan and execute media buying campaigns focused on player acquisition, FTD generation, and campaign profitability.
• Build performance forecasts, define target CPAs, and monitor key user acquisition metrics.
• Work closely with analytics and technical teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement.
• Analyze traffic quality, identify tracking discrepancies, and optimize media buying campaigns to attract high-value depositing players.
• Brief, test, and optimize advertising creatives and landing pages across different acquisition channels.
• Prepare weekly media buying and acquisition performance reports, share insights, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Ensure all media buying and user acquisition activities comply with advertising regulations and platform policies.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience as a Media Buyer, User Acquisition Manager, Acquisition Manager, or Performance Marketing Manager within the online casino / iGaming industry.
• Proven hands-on experience in Media Buying and paid User Acquisition, with a strong focus on player acquisition.
• Experience managing and optimizing paid media buying campaigns to generate FTDs and acquire high-value depositing players.
• Hands-on experience with multiple paid traffic and player acquisition channels.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance forecasting, media budget management, and campaign optimization.
• Understanding of tracking and attribution tools, including server-to-server postbacks, UTMs, and attribution platforms.
• Ability to evaluate traffic quality and identify discrepancies between advertising platform data and backend conversions.
• Working knowledge of advertising platform policies and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written English and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Success Metrics
Your performance will be evaluated based on measurable business outcomes, including:
• Cost per acquired depositing player.
• First-Time Deposit (FTD) volume and value.
• Retention and post-conversion activity of acquired players.
• Efficient media budget allocation between proven acquisition channels and testing.
• Overall media buying campaign profitability and acquisition efficiency.
• Accuracy of conversion tracking and attribution.
