Senior AI Content Manager

We are looking for a Senior AI Content Manager to own content for our two products: EducateMe (an AI-native LMS) and Trainio.ai (an AI roleplay training platform for healthcare teams).
Your goal is to grow organic traffic and qualified leads through content for SEO and AI search.
You will work directly with the Founder, combining strong content skills with AI tools to scale production.

In this role, you will:

• Create content for both websites: blog articles, landing pages, guides, and product comparisons
• Build and improve AI content workflows in Claude Code
• Review AI-generated research, outlines, and drafts for quality, accuracy, and search intent
• Manage the content plan and improve visibility in search engines and AI answers
• Track content performance in Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Manage content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit
• Work with subject-matter experts, a video editor, agencies, and freelancers
• Work with the AI visibility specialist on link building and placements

• Interview customers and create case studies with the Customer Success team

   

What we’re looking for:

• Experience managing B2B SaaS content with a focus on qualified leads
• Professional-level experience with Claude Code or Codex: building skills, connectors, and scalable AI content workflows
• Solid SEO knowledge: keyword research, search intent, content structure, internal linking
• Practical AEO/GEO experience: optimizing content for AI search
• Strong editing skills: turning AI-generated drafts into high-quality content
• Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics, linking content performance to business results
• Independent work in a startup environment, balancing planning and hands-on execution

• Written and spoken English (C1)

   

Nice to have:

• Experience managing YouTube or Reddit content for SEO: topics, brand voice, work with experts
• Experience briefing and managing freelancers or agencies

• Experience creating content for the US market
