About JettSEO
JettSEO is a Switzerland-based SEO agency. We help companies grow their organic traffic and turn it into revenue. We’re a small, focused team that cares about results: rankings, traffic, leads and sales, not just reports. We’re looking for an SEO Specialist to own client projects from start to finish.

What you’ll do

• Run technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, site speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data) and turn the findings into clear action plans
• Do keyword research and competitor analysis, and plan content strategy around search intent
• Optimize on-page elements: titles, meta tags, headings, internal linking and content structure
• Write briefs for copywriters and review their content for SEO quality
• Plan and oversee link-building and digital PR
• Track performance in GA4, Google Search Console and Ahrefs/Semrush, and report results to clients in plain language
• Work with developers and clients to get recommendations implemented
• Keep up with algorithm updates and AI search changes (AI Overviews, LLM visibility), and adjust strategy as needed
   

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally at an agency or with several projects at once
• Strong technical SEO skills and comfort with tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/Semrush, GSC and GA4
• Ability to show real results: case studies with traffic or ranking growth you drove
• Basic understanding of HTML, CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow) and how websites work
• Good written English (Upper-Intermediate or higher); German is a plus
• You’re organized, proactive and can manage your own priorities remotely
   

Nice to have

• Experience with international or multilingual SEO (hreflang, DACH markets)
• Local SEO and Google Business Profile experience
• E-commerce SEO experience
• Familiarity with Looker Studio, or using Python or AI tools to automate SEO tasks
