Marketing Manager (USA, Canada, UK Markets)

From Ukraine to Europe: Nova Post Europe operates in 16 countries and continues to grow. We are looking for driven people to help us build a large-scale European project born in Ukraine.

You are our candidate if you have:

• 5+ years in marketing, including 3+ years as a Marketing, Brand, or Digital Marketing Manager. 
   
• Fluent English (C1+) and Ukrainian (C2).
• Proven experience running international, omnichannel campaigns (experience with the UK, USA, or Canada is a strong plus).
• Solid expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing metrics.
• Strong management skills, with proven expertise in contractor briefing and end-to-end project ownership across all stages.
   

What you will do:

• USA, Canada & UK Marketing (80% of your time): Develop and execute marketing plans, manage budgets, and oversee digital campaigns via agencies.
• Analyze performance metrics (traffic, CAC, conversions) and prepare regular reports.
• Adapt brand content for local markets and manage social media content plans.
• Drive co-marketing partnerships, plan offline activities, and manage local branding.
• Centralized Projects (20% of your time): Support the Employee Ambassador Program, audit branch branding, and develop advertising placements across Nova Post channels.
