Senior / Lead Game Producer iGaming / Slot Games

Our client is a fast-growing, full-cycle product development company specializing in high-quality online slots and casino games for international markets. As they continue to expand their product portfolio and scale their in-house development team, they are looking for an experienced Senior / Lead Game Producer to take full ownership of the end-to-end slot development pipeline—from initial concept and mathematical vision to release and post-launch optimization.

In this role, you will lead a cross-functional production team (Game Designers, Artists, Developers, QA, Math Engineers) and ensure game quality, delivery timelines, and commercial success across international markets.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Game Production: Manage the full development lifecycle of slot games from ideation, math model design (RTP, volatility, bonus features), and asset creation to final release and live ops.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead, align, and motivate cross-functional teams, including Game Designers, Mathematicians, 2D/3D Artists, Animators, Developers, and QA Engineers.
• Roadmap & Backlog Management: Build production roadmaps, plan sprints, manage delivery risks, prioritize backlogs, and ensure milestones are met on time.
• Product Vision & Quality Control: Drive high-standard player engagement, UX/UI, visual polish, and audio experience in line with global iGaming market trends.
• Compliance & Certification: Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure all games meet regulatory standards and licensing requirements (GLI, MGA, UKGC, etc.).
• Post-Launch Analytics: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (GGR, Retention, Bet Count, RTP behavior) to test new hypotheses and continually optimize game performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Game Producer, Lead PM, or Delivery Manager in iGaming (hands-on experience in slot game development is mandatory).
• Deep understanding of slot game mechanics, mathematical logic, and player retention drivers (volatility, RTP, bonus features, feature buys, game feel).
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling slot titles in international markets.
• Practical experience managing cross-functional production teams using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Notion).
• Knowledge of iGaming compliance, game certification, and regulatory standards is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher (for clear communication with international teams and stakeholders).
