We are currently looking for an Affiliate Team Lead who can bring the team together around shared goals, strengthen our affiliate partnerships, and make a meaningful contribution to the company's continued growth

🎯 Your Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Build and develop the Affiliate team, onboard new team members, enhance their skills, maintain motivation, and monitor performance
• Affiliate Network Development: Build long-term relationships with webmasters, maintain effective communication, and resolve complex business challenges
• Traffic Growth & Scaling: Identify new scaling opportunities, grow existing partnerships, and improve the team's overall performance
• Performance Analysis: Track key performance metrics, evaluate traffic quality, and identify opportunities for optimization
• Process Development: Implement effective workflows, set clear goals and priorities, and ensure they are consistently achieved
• Market Expansion: Represent the company at international conferences and industry events while building new business relationships

💚 What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Team Lead in the Nutra vertical or related industries
• A strong understanding of affiliate marketing, different traffic sources, and the specifics of working with webmasters
• Proven team management skills, with the ability to develop specialists and keep them motivated
• Confidence in working with analytics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and traffic optimization
• The ability to build processes independently, make informed decisions, and take ownership of team results
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) to communicate effectively with international partners
• Strong leadership skills, initiative, a structured approach to problem-solving, and the ability to build relationships with different people
