SMM Manager — DTC Brands & AI Characters

About the Role :

We’re looking for an SMM Manager to grow TikTok and Instagram accounts for our DTC brands in the supplements, wellness, and health niches.

You’ll develop content strategies around virtual AI characters, spot trends, and turn them into engaging short-form videos for a US audience. You’ll work closely with an AI Content Creator who handles video and image production, while you focus on content direction, account growth, and performance.
 

Responsibilities :

• Develop SMM strategies and content plans for TikTok and Instagram.
• Create concepts for virtual characters, including their personalities, tone of voice, and storylines.
• Track trends, memes, and viral formats and adapt them to our brands.
• Brief and coordinate the AI Content Creator, providing feedback on content.
• Plan and manage consistent publishing across platforms.
• Analyze performance metrics and test new approaches to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Integrate products naturally into entertaining and trend-driven content.
   

Requirements :

• Proven experience growing TikTok and/or Instagram accounts, with examples of your work and results.
• Strong understanding of short-form video trends, viral mechanics, and audience engagement.
• Ability to develop content strategies and turn trends into creative ideas.
• Experience working with content creators or managing content production.
• Analytical mindset and ability to use performance data to improve results.
• Good understanding of US social media culture and trends.
• English proficiency sufficient for creating and evaluating content for a US audience.
   

Nice to Have :

• Experience with DTC, e-commerce, supplements, or wellness brands.
• Experience launching accounts from scratch and growing them organically.
• Experience with AI characters or AI influencers.
