Proofreader/copywriter

We are looking for a Proofreader/copywriter to join our team!

Requirements:

- Previous experience as an editor, a proofreader, a copywriter, or a content manager.
- А professional who has the attention of a devoted reader and the sharp mind of an editor — seeing everything, missing nothing.
- Ability to meet proofreading deadlines and produce high-quality content.
- English language - upper-intermediate.
- Russian language (must) - advanced.
- Excellent computer skills in relevant software packages.
- Excellent writing and verbal skills.
- Strong internal and external communication skills.
- Effective handling of multiple assignments in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable with and receptive to feedback.

Will be plus:

- Previous experience working with crypto projects and a good understanding of how crypto wallets work.
- Understanding of the specifics of crypto casinos, online gambling products, and related marketing communications.
- Familiarity with crypto-related terminology and the ability to ensure consistent terminology across product interfaces, promotional materials, and customer communications.

Responsibilities:

- Proofreading, fact-checking, and editing high-performing marketing materials (emails, social media, landing pages, onsite) to ensure accuracy and consistency across campaign iterations.
- Ensuring full compliance and high standards across betting, gambling, and esports projects by adhering to brand Tone of Voice, style guides, editorial policies, and internal execution manuals.
- Developing and updating internal documentation, including new style guides, writing manuals, and execution guidelines to standardize copy quality across the team.
- Deep-diving into task briefs and proactively communicating with Retention Marketing Managers (RMMs) to clarify promo mechanics, missing context, and key details.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with content managers, CRM, and other functional teams to align on requirements and deliver polished final copy.
