Media Buyer (AI Companions)

An international agency specializing in digital entertainment and subscription-based products, focused on the U.S. market.
The company works with scalable digital products, is actively expanding its performance marketing division, and is building its own in-house team.
They are currently seeking their first Meta Ads Media Buyer to launch and develop the Facebook/Instagram Ads division, with the potential to advance to Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Launching and managing ad campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram);

Researching and testing new creatives, audiences, and targeting;

Scaling successful ad campaigns;

Analyzing key metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS;

Managing ad accounts, Business Manager, and Facebook Pages;

Assigning tasks to designers and the creative team;

Building and optimizing advertising funnels;

Preparing regular reports;

Identifying new opportunities to scale traffic.

What we expect from the candidate:

At least 3 years of experience as a Media Buyer / Performance Marketer;

Solid hands-on experience with Meta Ads;

Experience independently launching and scaling ad campaigns;

Understanding of the full media buying cycle: testing
