Media Buyer (Google Ads, Youtube)

We’re an international affiliate team in the financial vertical, working with Spain and LATAM and actively growing our YouTube Ads direction. We’re looking for an experienced Media Buyer who knows video advertising, tests hypotheses and scales what actually brings results.

⚠️ Important: we need a specialist in YouTube Ads specifically. If your main experience is Google Search or App Campaigns, this role isn’t a fit.

What you’ll do:

• Launch and scale Google Ads campaigns with a focus on YouTube
• Test video creatives, audiences and ad funnels
• Write briefs for video production: hooks, structure, retention
• Work with designers and editors on creatives
• Analyze results, optimize spend and find growth points
• Work with ad accounts, Keitaro, CRM and postbacks
• Help develop the YouTube direction and expand to new geos

What we need:

• 3+ years in media buying, hands-on with Google Ads
• Proven experience with YouTube Ads: In-Stream, Demand Gen and other video formats
• Ability to run campaigns independently with budgets of $1,000+/day
• Experience in finance or other competitive performance verticals
• Confident with CPM, CPV, VTR, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA and ROMI
• Experience with Keitaro, postbacks and conversion tracking
• Understanding of Google Ads requirements for financial services ads and landing pages

Nice to have:

• Forex, Trading or Crypto experience
• Campaigns for Spain and LATAM
• Knowledge of Google Ads verification procedures
