Affiliate Manager USA Canada

Own the affiliate programme of a fast-growing US sweepstakes casino.

Epic Play Holding is scaling fast across the US, Canada and other Tier-1 markets, and our affiliate programme is one of the main engines of that growth. We're looking for an Affiliate Manager to take it over: grow the partners we already have, bring in new traffic sources and make sure every partnership delivers quality traffic that pays off.

You'll have the tools, the product and the freedom to decide how the programme grows. This isn't partner support. You'll run the programme and own the results.

What you'll own

• Existing partners. Build strong relationships with current affiliates and find ways to grow their volume and revenue.
• New partners. Research new traffic sources, then attract and onboard affiliates across the US, Canada and other Tier-1 markets.
• Performance. Track traffic, volume, conversion, revenue and profitability for every partner, and spot drops before they become problems.
• Traffic quality. Catch and stop fraudulent, low-quality or non-compliant traffic, and act fast when a partner stops meeting expectations.
• Deal terms. Negotiate and manage commercial terms, mostly RevShare.
• Affilka. Use it every day for onboarding, tracking and performance analysis.
• Clear reporting. Keep partner reports and documentation accurate and up to date.
• Industry presence. Represent Epic Play at affiliate conferences and industry events and build your network.

You're a great fit if you have

• proven experience in affiliate management, ideally in iGaming;
• hands-on experience with Affilka (this is a must for the role);
• a solid understanding of affiliate traffic, partner performance and RevShare models;
• experience with conversion, revenue, profitability and ROI;
• experience spotting fraudulent or low-quality traffic;
• strong negotiation and communication skills;
• English at B2 level or higher and confidence working with international partners;
• readiness to travel internationally for conferences;
• an analytical mind and attention to detail;
• ownership and drive: you find new partners and ways to improve results without being asked.

You'll stand out with

• an existing network of US or Canadian affiliates;
• experience with Tier-1 traffic;
• experience with US casino or gambling products;
• a track record at affiliate conferences;
• deep knowledge of affiliate operations and traffic monetisation.
