Group Lead Content / Content Team Lead

We are looking for a Group Lead Content to join our team!

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading content teams, preferably managing multiple teams simultaneously;
• Strong understanding of SEO content: content structure, keyword semantics, search engine requirements, and satellite site strategies;
• Hands-on experience in the gambling/betting industry, with a solid understanding of product-related content and platform requirements;
• Proven experience building editorial workflows and quality-control systems from scratch;
• Practical experience automating content processes, including AI-powered content generation and quality-checking tools;
• Experience with content budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation;
• Strong ability to define team KPIs, track performance metrics, and manage teams based on data.

Responsibilities
* Maintain a unified content strategy for both teams (production and proofreading) aligned with the company’s business goals and the SEO department’s priorities;
* Manage teams through team leads: set team goals, prioritize directions, and balance workloads between production and proofreading based on task complexity and priority;
* Establish a single, well-managed process: shared standards, an end-to-end workflow from content creation to final proofreading, and unified quality and performance metrics;
* Oversee quality at a group level: build a multi-level review system, conduct selective audits of white-project content, and resolve systemic and complex cases that cannot be addressed at the team lead level;
* Develop team leads and key employees: provide regular feedback, set growth goals, conduct 1-on-1s, and develop team expertise so that the content team acts as a subject-matter expert within its area of responsibility;
* Manage the group’s contractor pool: provide final approval of terms, establish onboarding/offboarding standards, and oversee the quality of external resources together with team leads;
* Plan and control the budgets of both teams: approve contractor payments, perform final checks of data in Moneyflow, forecast expenses, and prevent budget overruns;
* Identify and resolve systemic issues in cross-team workflows, including bottlenecks, recurring failures, quality deterioration, and duplication of responsibilities between teams;
* Establish cross-team collaboration: coordinate with SEO, Product, and Partnerships on requirements, priorities, and changes, including product information on satellite sites and partner platforms;
* Develop and maintain internal group standards: editorial policy, guidelines, brief requirements, AI usage rules, quality-checking checklists, and team interaction procedures;
* Develop content process automation: initiate and implement tools for content generation, product information verification, and quality control to improve the productivity of both teams.
