Operations Manager / COO

We are a group of companies that has been operating globally since 2020. We are represented on the market by several sports and casino brands. Over the past year, we have successfully doubled our scale and received the Best Sportsbook Operator award at the SiGMA Awards. We continue to grow actively and are looking for a COO / Operations Manager to lead the operational side of our product.

What you will do:

• Ensure smooth operation of all operational processes of the product
• Manage the product's operations on the platform side: back office, configurations, and work with the platform provider
• Coordinate work between teams (CRM, Payments, Risk/Anti-fraud, Support, Marketing, Tech)
• Optimize processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Set goals and KPIs for teams and monitor their achievement
• Analyze key metrics and data for decision-making
• Take part in developing the operational strategy and adapt it to market trends
• Participate in launching new brands, markets, and product features
• Manage operational risks
• Build relationships with partners and providers

Requirements:

• Experience at Parimatch and/or in other projects on the GR8 Tech platform is a must
• 3+ years in the Gambling industry in an operations role (Operations Manager, Head of Operations, Head of Casino/Sportsbook, COO, or similar)
• Deep understanding of the gambling product's structure: casino, sportsbook, payments, CRM, risk, support
• Hands-on experience with the back office and platform-side operational processes
• Strong skills in business process documentation and task management
• Experience launching a product or brand in a new market and hitting KPIs is a big plus
• Understanding of digital marketing channels and affiliate programs
• Data-driven approach: able to analyze metrics and make decisions based on them
• English: B2+
• Additional languages are a plus
