Junior Finance manager / Finance Support

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible person to join our Finance Team and support us with financial data, spreadsheets, and day-to-day operational tasks.

Previous experience in Finance or Accounting is not required. What matters most to us is that you are comfortable working with numbers, pay attention to details, and can confidently use Excel or Google Sheets.
 

What you will do:

• work with Excel / Google Sheets;
• enter, check, and structure data;
• work with financial spreadsheets and reports;
• verify calculations and data accuracy;
• support the Finance Team with day-to-day operational tasks;
• collect and organize information;
• identify discrepancies in data and report them to the team;
• assist with other administrative and finance-related tasks when needed.
   

What we are looking for:

• strong attention to detail and responsibility;
• good basic math skills;
• confident use of Excel / Google Sheets;
• ability to work with large amounts of information;
• logical and structured thinking;
• willingness to learn quickly;
• ability to meet deadlines.
   

It will be a plus if you have:

• previous experience in Finance / Accounting;
• experience in customer support, chat support, or operations;
• basic understanding of financial processes;
• knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets formulas.
