We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant โ GoHighLevel & Multi-Platform Ads Specialist to join our team and help execute, manage, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working inside advertising platforms, analyzing campaign performance, managing leads and automations, troubleshooting issues, and turning marketing strategies into measurable results.
The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple platforms at the same time. You don't need to be an expert in every advertising platform on day one, but you should have solid hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GoHighLevel (GHL) and be eager to expand your skills.
Position Overview
As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will support the marketing team in executing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for BrandKlout.ai and its clients.
You will work across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Nextdoor, Yelp, and GoHighLevel, helping ensure that campaigns are properly configured, leads are captured and tracked, automations are functioning correctly, and campaign performance is continuously monitored.
This role combines paid media management, marketing automation, lead management, analytics, and general digital marketing support.
A successful candidate will be able to take direction from the marketing team, execute tasks accurately, identify problems before they become major issues, and communicate campaign performance clearly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Advertising Campaign Management
Set up, manage, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
Primary platforms include:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok Ads
- Nextdoor Ads
- Yelp Ads
Responsibilities may include:
- Creating and configuring campaigns, ad sets, and individual ads.
- Managing campaign budgets and daily spend.
- Setting up targeting, audiences, locations, demographics, interests, and other relevant parameters.
- Monitoring campaigns for delivery issues, disapprovals, unusual spending, or performance changes.
- Reviewing search terms, keywords, placements, audiences, and other campaign-level data.
- Making appropriate adjustments to budgets, targeting, bidding, and campaign settings.
- Coordinating ad launches and ensuring campaigns go live according to schedule.
- Verifying that ads, landing pages, forms, tracking, and conversion events are working properly.
- Maintaining organized campaign structures and naming conventions.
You will be expected to understand that successful advertising is not simply about launching campaigns, it requires ongoing monitoring, testing, analysis, and optimization.
Google Ads Management
Assist with the day to day management and optimization of Google Ads campaigns.
Responsibilities may include:
- Search campaign setup and management.
- Keyword research and organization.
- Match-type management.
- Negative keyword research and implementation.
- Ad copy creation and testing.
- Geographic and demographic targeting.
- Budget monitoring.
- Conversion tracking verification.
- Search-term analysis.
- Quality and relevance monitoring.

- Identifying opportunities to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and overall campaign efficiency.
Experience with additional Google Ads campaign types, such as Performance Max, Display, or YouTube, is a plus.
Meta Ads Management
Assist with Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
Responsibilities may include:
- Campaign and ad-set creation.
- Audience development and targeting.
- Retargeting campaign setup.
- Custom and lookalike audience management.
- Budget allocation.
- Creative and copy testing.
- Lead-generation campaigns.
- Monitoring cost per lead and conversion performance.
- Identifying underperforming ads and audiences.
- Testing different creative angles, offers, messaging, and calls-to-action.
- Monitoring campaign frequency and audience saturation.
You should be comfortable navigating Meta Ads Manager and understanding the relationship between campaigns, ad sets, audiences, budgets, and individual ads.
GoHighLevel (GHL) Management
GoHighLevel will be a major component of this position.
You will work inside GHL to help ensure that advertising campaigns connect properly to lead capture, follow-up, tracking, and reporting systems.
Responsibilities may include:
- Managing leads and contacts within GHL.
- Monitoring lead pipelines.
- Building and maintaining workflows and automations.
- Creating and updating forms, surveys, calendars, and funnels.
- Connecting lead-generation campaigns to appropriate pipelines.
- Checking that leads are being captured correctly.
- Troubleshooting basic workflow and automation issues.
- Managing tags, triggers, custom fields, and pipeline stages.
- Monitoring automated follow-up sequences.
- Ensuring campaigns and workflows are properly connected.
- Tracking lead sources and campaign attribution.
- Assisting with reporting and campaign-related dashboards.
- Testing forms, workflows, triggers, and automations before campaigns launch.
You should be comfortable navigating GHL independently and be able to troubleshoot common issues without needing step-by-step instructions for every task.
Lead Tracking & Conversion Tracking
Accurate tracking is critical to this position.
You will help ensure that marketing campaigns are generating measurable data from the initial click through the lead-generation process.
Responsibilities may include:
- Verifying conversion tracking.
- Checking forms and lead submissions.
- Confirming that leads are entering the correct GHL pipeline.
- Monitoring lead sources.
- Identifying discrepancies between advertising platforms and CRM data.
- Checking tracking links and campaign parameters.
- Assisting with Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion events, or other tracking systems as needed.
- Reporting tracking problems to the appropriate team member.
- Testing campaigns before and after launch to ensure data is being captured correctly.
A campaign that generates leads but does not properly track those leads is not considered fully successful.
Campaign Performance Monitoring & Optimization
You will regularly review campaign performance and help identify opportunities for improvement.
Key metrics may include:
- Click-through rate (CTR)
- Cost per click (CPC)
- Cost per lead (CPL)
- Cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Conversion rate
- Return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Return on investment (ROI)
- Lead volume
- Lead quality

You will be expected to:
- Review campaign performance regularly.
- Identify trends and anomalies.
- Investigate sudden changes in performance.
- Recommend or implement reasonable optimizations.
- Reallocate budgets when appropriate.
- Identify underperforming campaigns, audiences, keywords, ads, and creative.
- Look for opportunities to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
- Communicate important performance changes to the marketing team.
We are looking for someone who doesn't simply report numbers, but can look at the numbers and ask: "What is happening, why is it happening, and what should we test next?"
Creative & Marketing Support
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and test new advertising concepts.
Responsibilities may include:
- Brainstorming new ad angles.
- Researching competitors and advertising trends.
- Reviewing existing advertisements.
- Suggesting new hooks, offers, and calls-to-action.
- Providing feedback on ad creative.
- Helping organize creative assets.
- Coordinating ad copy and creative testing.
- Assisting with landing-page and funnel improvements.
- Researching customer pain points and marketing opportunities.
You don't necessarily need to be a professional graphic designer or copywriter, but you should have a strong understanding of what makes digital advertising engaging and effective.
Strong communication is essential. If you encounter a problem, we expect you to identify it, investigate it, and communicate it clearly rather than allowing it to go unnoticed.
General Digital Marketing Support
Because BrandKlout.ai is a growing company, this position will support a variety of digital marketing initiatives.
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Website and landing-page updates.
- Basic SEO research.
- Keyword research.
- Competitor research.
- Marketing research.
- Lead-list organization.
- CRM maintenance.
- Marketing automation.
- Email/SMS campaign support.

Required Qualifications
- 2โ5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, performance marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads is required.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads is required.
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel is required.
